Workout 6-27-24 10:30am-12:10pm

-Legs/Abs-


Cardio- 76min Treadmill at 3.5mph for 4 miles

  • Goblet Sumo Squat 60lbs 4 Sets 20,15,15,12
  • Bridge 40lbs 4 Sets 15,15,15,15
  • Summo Deadlift 160lbs (All the weight I have) 10,10,10,10
  • Walking Lunges 10lbs each hand 20ft 7 rounds, added 2 more rounds but did not up weight on this one due to knee pain the time before last. No knee pain last time or this time.
  • Wall sits 4 Sets 90 sec each
  • Scissor Kicks 90sec 4 Sets
  • Leg Raise w/ kick up 20,20,20,20 5 lbs ankle weights on each foot.
  • Sit ups w/ deep stretch. 37,20,20,12 (10lbs vest)
  • Cable Ab pulldown 60lbs, 10,10,10,10 Deep stretch at the top and slow hard pull from abs all the way through motion trying to crunch over to the floor during downward pull.
Still hot AF here in Texas, 101* today is the high or 38C for my Bros across the pond. Been downing water like crazy during my workouts. Have had to bring a rag with me to every machine / exercise as my hands get so sweaty that it makes it hard to grip sometimes. Rag and baby powder is helping a lot with that though.
 
Diet has been pretty much the same meals wise since I just recently did a switch to my meal plan. However, I have included alot more fruits such as grapes, clementines, watermelons, cantaloupe and strawberries into my snacking. As these kill my sweet tooth and provide me with good hydration and complex sugars for quick energy boosts before workouts and through out my day.

I have been leaning up nicely. Not many cheat meals and been fairly dedicated even when we go out to eat with friends or family.
I will post an pic update tonight after my workout. ✌️
Def not as Jacked as more than half the guys on EVO but I'm gunning for yall here in the next couple years. Just give me time. lol

I'm in the same boat here in FL with the heat is getting unbearable lol try some chalk I use it when its gets nice and toasty in the gym.
