Cardio- 76min Treadmill at 3.5mph for 4 miles
Still hot AF here in Texas, 101* today is the high or 38C for my Bros across the pond. Been downing water like crazy during my workouts. Have had to bring a rag with me to every machine / exercise as my hands get so sweaty that it makes it hard to grip sometimes. Rag and baby powder is helping a lot with that though.
- Goblet Sumo Squat 60lbs 4 Sets 20,15,15,12
- Bridge 40lbs 4 Sets 15,15,15,15
- Summo Deadlift 160lbs (All the weight I have) 10,10,10,10
- Walking Lunges 10lbs each hand 20ft 7 rounds, added 2 more rounds but did not up weight on this one due to knee pain the time before last. No knee pain last time or this time.
- Wall sits 4 Sets 90 sec each
- Scissor Kicks 90sec 4 Sets
- Leg Raise w/ kick up 20,20,20,20 5 lbs ankle weights on each foot.
- Sit ups w/ deep stretch. 37,20,20,12 (10lbs vest)
- Cable Ab pulldown 60lbs, 10,10,10,10 Deep stretch at the top and slow hard pull from abs all the way through motion trying to crunch over to the floor during downward pull.

I woukd say the owner is a pretty cool dude at my gym .if your gym allows chalk definitely do it but a lot of gyms won't let you do it
@DiabolicalGainz if you have a cold I would take a few days off manBeen fighting a head cold the past 2-3 days. Did not do a full workout, but still managed to fit in....

Felt like shit after I finished working out, hit a hot shower and felt head pressure subside a little for just a moment, but still SOME relief. Been just chilling out eating soups(hot and sour and ckn noodle) and drinking a bunch of water. Will post up again once I get this head cold beat.
I have C and D in multivitamin but I do not have elderberry. just been taking ibuprofen for inflammation and sinus pressure.@DiabolicalGainz if you have a cold I would take a few days off man
get some high vitamin C D and elderberry you taking them?
@DiabolicalGainz You are strong bro....you will handle this like a pro......Still have a stuffy head but this is the first day I am feeling some relief and the pressure in my head isn't feeling like I'm fixing to pop. Hoping I'm on the up in up. Ready to get back to these workouts.![]()
