Training still going good, haven't been posting as much up here as i would like due to work. But been hitting it hard. Ill post some logs later tonight I don't have my notes with me right now.

Looking into HCG to keep my nuts working. I can get it through TRT nation but its expensive as shit. Anybody have any legit sources that can show me labs or tests to back up their claims of a good HCG source. I see a couple banner sources have it, but wanted to gauge anyone with experience in buying/using. Appreciate it.

@DiabolicalGainz you can check and see HCG from banners on top of the page but honestly I suggest you use hcgenerate instead to get your nuts plump, its natural and not estrogenic like hcg
 
Been a minute since I add anything. No log to put up just been hitting it. Here's some pics after tonight's work out. Mostly 100lbs bench close grip 4 sets to myo rep 12, preacher Curls 25lbs 3 sets myo reps 15, lateral raises 20lbs 3 sets 10 reps. Cardio was walking a mile at start of workout. Once I slow down at work I'll be more dropping more in my log. Barely able to get a workout in as it is right now. 12-15 hour shifts till branch is operational. Who fuckin knows when that will be. So I get small workouts whenever I can. I'll try to keep shot updated on here the best I can. Peace bros

and you looking great body is tight making the gains slowly
 
read up on hcg
it doesn't do as much as people think it does
 
hcg keeps your nuts working but not the way you think
it won't prevent suppression
 
problem with hcg is estrogen spikes
it overall does more harm than good
 
definitely post up more meal information
diet will be critical going forward
