okay. should i still be hitting gym and or cardio on the friday?

could do some LISS walking the dog or something.

haven’t had a rest day this week yet though but my body isn’t demanding it
I'd ask lev and np on that one, I've never done gym on a fast. Done lots of cardio, but I was running ultras at the time and doing 120km + a week, you really want to stay in zone 2 and below. I believe its when you go above zone 2 the body starts eating muscle instead of fat
 
also is there anything specific i should break my fast with on sat morning to ease me into eating most likely sausages, bacon and eggs etc over the camping trip?
Should be fine, I've never had a problem on 36hr. Going over that 48 + you need to come out properly and slowly and start with sipping bone broth
 
obviously originally i would’ve been drinking while camping. do i cut myself off of the alcohol until my shoot is done, or is limiting myself to one or two on the saturday and or sunday fine?

i rarely drink and have no problem cutting it off since im prepping for shoot.

i could get tequila or vodka for the trip if i was going to have one or two

how can i now optimise my diet and training to lean down as much as possible before then?

how can i make my cut more aggressive?

can you provide me the exact number of cals i should decrease and macros and how much cardio i should be doing

also i’m going camping from saturday this week - monday next week and i wont be able to train or diet properly. if necessary ill bring an esky with meal prepped food in containers.
@lukeobz80 cut your carbs to 50 grams per day, just have about 150 grams of protein and 100 grams of fat, lower sodium and start doing a lot of cardio, this is the best way to get there.

so i’ll cut my carbs to 50, protein to 150ish and fats to 100.

what should i be increasing my cardio to? 45-60mins or bike/incline walk?

also lev what do you think of the 36hr fast tomorrow? i’m keen to try it, but if i do should i just skip the gym and walk the dog for an hour ?

Increase incline walk to 60min.
Yes go with 36 hour fast to try but you need to get electrolytes in, I would still go to the gym as 36 hours not a lot. @lukeobz80

#1 advice I can give you bro is fasting and more fasting!
