get off the fast bro and come back on it when you back from campingi know for one night on camping we have chicken snittys cooked on a bbq. will try to keep carbs low throughout the trip. if we have signal i’ll track the cals to the best of my ability. if not then i’ll just watch my food intake and get back to 1800 cals on monday/tuesday
