Bit late posting, but there’s my arms n legs sessions from last couple days



That’s basically my 4 day split posted now. Any suggestions?
I've spent most of my life doing three days splits
but some guys prefer a four-day or even a five day
a lot of the professionals go more toward the five-day route

so it boils down to what works best for you just be careful not to over train certain muscles
 
I think that splits are less important than the actual exercises and Reps
 
don't forget to give us more diet Updates this weekend
 
yes for sure there's no harm in changing things if they're not working
 
Nice start with this so far, the split that works beat is individual so find what you like and what will produce the best results for your individual goals long term.
