Approved Log My Pre-trenblone Diet Training log

Age: 23

Weight 75kg ( Ideally trying to get to 90kg/100kg area)

Currently taking test E, 500mg Per week
(Still have a Deca floating around in my system until around 15th of November)

Diet: Aim for around 3000 Calories per day with 4 meals per day plus 1 shake around lunch time an extra shake of serious mass for the calories if a meal has been missed if I come up short on a meal.
Don’t exactly have a meal plan but usually this is what I consume
Normal fruits (bananas apples ect) weetbix, oats, Chicken, fish, beef, pork, brown rice, eggs, usual type of vegetables as stated in another forum i don’t have a specific meal plan just what I consume for breakfast lunches and dinner


cycle; currently still got Deca in my system 9 weeks of injections will not be out of my system till about 2nd week of November so next cycle won’t start until new year

Goal: wanting to get on tren to give me that push to 90/100kg mark ideally just looking for reliable information on what everyone thinks base on what has been provided so far, my information on anabolics and what to take so far just comes from the shady fella I buy from. In a nutshell just wanna know what everyone thinks is a good mild balance to get a feel for tren (test e dosages and tren dosages, take nolvadex through out the whole cycle or just for the last couple weeks when ending cycle?) feel free to educate rather, do it right the first time then dread the whole cycle messing it up in the beginning

@Northside this is a positive start and the right direction to the log

diet situation, you aim is to get something thats all talk so you want to bulk lets start with high protein medium carbs lower fats

think closer to 200 grams of protein
200 grams of carbs
50 grams of fat for your diet
but we need you to start writing down meals and foods and when you eat them

training, we dont see training we need to see exercises reps and sets and weights

getting on with your current cycle, you say you have deca durabolin in system, when was last injection?
i see you're on testosterone now you're staying on 500mgs test /week?

Hey brother just getting around to checking reply’s now, when talking bout the diet you’ve suggested 200g of carbs, 200g of protein, and 50 grams of fat per meal, across how many meals do you think would be ideal for the 90-100kg push 5/6 meals?

Also by Sunday I should have hopefully a full work out log for you also give you a bit of a idea of what im working at and what I’m doing per workout.

If there are any other cycles you think I should be doing other then tren to give me this push I’m working towards feel free I’m open to suggestions.
 
I like this log because you're looking to bulk up most people start Logs looking to cut down

Also last injection was on the 27th of September + 8 weeks it’ll still be active in my body should be able to start working off of test around 22nd of November then wait till the new year to start next cycle

How tall are you? 15kg is a pretty big ask on a single bulk cycle. You may gain the weight but it won't all be good. How much did you put on during your last cycle? Post up some pics so we can see where you are at. IMO using tren at 23yo is not a very good idea. Your brain is still developing and tren comes with neurological sides. If the deca worked for you I would run that again and maybe add EQ to the mix. That is what I am currently doing to bulk.

make sure you are logging exactly what you're eating that is very important for us to understand
 
you have to figure out what works best for you when it comes to diet none of us on here can do anything more than give you suggestions
 
200 grams of carbs might seem high but since you're trying to bulk that might be the direction you want to go
