Approved Log My precycle diet training log

Have been sick past couple days (flu) but getting back into the swing of things. Tomorrow will be 100% so will continue logging then. Been doing lots of research on everything as well. Got myself to get proper groceries today, going to focus on eating more rice, chicken, leaner meats, veggies, and fruits while being strict on fat content. You guys have helped open my eyes on everything, thank you.

Regarding sarms, was considering starting low first, 10mg cardarine, 10mg osterine per day and going up from there. Max doses being 20mg cardarine, 25mg osterine if decide to.

Couple questions, I am seeing lots of people online saying to pct after (from clomid, enclo, nolvadex, hcgenerate, etc).. and then I see some say you don’t need to. Which is it? If that’s the case, to save money and stick to the plan, could I not - when my body is ready of course - just start my first REAL cycle?

Have not hit the gym today will be going in hard starting tomorrow. Attached is my chronometer log for today. Still have improvements regarding my macros, definitely plan on improving. Also, bought some egg whites once I finish my whole eggs. No more bacon as well.

@jortothemax good day for the log but macros you need to level out

you should pct if you going to go with the cycle
if you want to just use sarms you need simple pct

nolvadex
hcgenerate

but if AAS steroids needs to be more complex

general mini sarms pics is tamox+hcgen

Will be working on leveling it out, cutting out snack crap and just sticking to whole foods while watching cals, carbs and fat.

What if I were to jump straight into AAS cycle after cardarine and osterine combo, and pct after the AAS cycle?

But start at the right doses
 
The truth is somewhere in the middle. you need a mini-pct here
run some light serm therapy along with a strong t booster
 
smart to drop processed meats like bacon
 
Good job on the veggies
 
make sure you're always getting high quality eggs and dairy if you're going to consume it

Will definitely do. Thinking of a pineapple rice chicken combo 🤤

i would stick with whole eggs. vs. egg whites. you missing out on the fats

February 5, 2024 diet and training precycle log:

Was still feeling a bit under the weather today but forced myself to hit the gym. No more excuses.

Unfortunately I will have to wait on any kind of sarm/aas cycle as my car is having issues, that comes first. Will figure out my finances soon enough. Maybe this will give me incentive to just drop the weight naturally.

Attached is my Chronometer macro log. Planning on bringing protein to 215+ by end of night. Need to drop rice consumption a bit to level out cals/carbs.

95lbs warm up - 16 reps
110lbs - 15 reps
125lbs - 12 reps
130 lbs - 13 reps
135lbs - 12 reps
115 - 12 reps
110 lbs - 12 reps

Side lateral raise
20 lbs - 16 reps
25lbs - 22 reps
30lbs - 15 reps
30lbs - 14 reps
35lbs - 12 reps

Forearm focused hammer curls:

40lbs - 13r each side

Lat pullover
60lbs - 12 reps (bar)

80 - 11reps (different gym, feels a lot heavier than 80lbs)
