Noted. Will definitely keep that in my head. Getting used to this change in diet. Before I started logging I was used to over stuffing myself with fatty, high carb, salty foods.

@jortothemax the change is important but you need to clean up the foods and keep the food cleaner, try hard and you will get what you want in time
