Super new to this thread, been weight training on and of for quite a few years. 41 years old male, 5'-11" , 227lbs. 20.3% body fat, lift 3-4 times a week. At my best was arounf 13% body fat at 176lbs my early 20's. Have had gyno since my teenage years but it gets almost negligible as the bodyfat% goes down.
Feb 2022 tore my ACL/MCL/LCL meniscus on my left knee with that came around 20lb of weight, repair surgery July 2022 since then been recovering.
Currently on 200mg/wk Test Cyp TRT through my TRT clinic.
Getting ready for a 12 week Primo cycle at 300-400mg/wk with 250-300 of Test cyp cycle so I can lean out.
Past cycle: 8 weeks anavar with 200mg test cyp. Have also tried MK677 but got a lot of water retention and gained 10lbs while on it. It wasn't muscle..
