What’s is better for fat burning, cardio after the weights or before. I usually always do 30 minutes of cardio before weights, should I switch to after weights?
I recommend cardio after weights since you will burn through your glycogen stores and tend to hit the fat reserves more, however due make sure you warm up before lifting weights with 5-10 min of cardio as well.

March 29th 2024 Friday Diet log

Breakfast before workout 2 cups coffee, pre workout drink 1/2 scoop, 1 banana

After workout snack : 1.5 scoops of revolution protein powder/5mg creatine/water(during the workout). After the workout 4 boiled eggs, 1 banana, 3”X1” of compté cheese, 200grams of green grapes, 1 diet soda

Dinner: Mixed shawarma, salad potatoes and rice. A bowl of cantaloupe

@Dale5643 you're doing well but preworkout you dont need banana just go with preworkout drink its enough

training seems good but I dont get your diet
are you taking other protein not on the list? seems very low protein

Hi, no this is all I ate yesterday. Fasted in the morning until right before the workout and then dinner. Usually I eat 3 meals a day so on those days protein intake is a bit more.

@Dale5643 if you plan to fast thats fine but you need to up the protein way more so you stay anabolic

Thanks bro any supplement suggestions I feel that I am Not able to eat as much. Not sure why I am not leaner than what I look with the calorie restriction.

@Dale5643 low caloric intake can actually cause your metabolic rate to go down so you dont lose bodyfat.
we need to have you update the log more a few more weeks before we go make big changes

but to start add more protein start with something simple like add eggs, protein shakes and some protein bars, easiest to change and add
