I started the thread after 6.week of cycle.

I was 84,5 kg before the cycle now I am 90,50 kg at the 6 week.,
I am on the 6. week of the cycle, everything looks okay,

I rarely have erection problem another way it is okay.

my before after sizes -> before cycle -> 6. week of cycle
arm 41,5 cm -> 44 cm
chest 113 cm. -> 118 cm
shoulder 129 cm. -> 136,5 cm
belly 85 cm -> 86 cm

Here my blood work results at the 6. week of cycle
i have used 0.25 mg cabergolin per 10 days, that is why my prolactin levels are low.

@0xhex now this is a positive start to the log

the things you can share with us that we need are as follows

diet, put up your foods meals and when you eat them, like 200grams of chicken + 100 grams rice 11am etc
training, put up your exercises reps sets and when you do them with weights so we can see your situation
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

for pictures, can you add pictures of
a-your meals
b-your gear that you take
c-a few ab shots face blurred

@0xhex based on your blood work i can see a very toxic liver and very serious hormonal imbalance, your alt/ast way bad
I would start with adding organ liver support like n2guard 7caps ed
also add 5mgs tadalafil eod to get blood flow going
and dont use any dostinex for now

weight is good but hard to see when its relative
 
the back view at the 5. week of cycle,
after chest + triceps workout
your back looks big and thick you're actually lean from the pics, would like to see your abs though
 
Did you or your coach come up with this cycle. I'm interested in what made you go this route if you could explain.

Because the EQ will take 6 weeks to hit peak. And deca will just start kicking in at end of cycle. just curious on thinking

@Pigsy good points I would change the cycle but I think he's already started so lets see how he rolls with it and why 1 gram of gear on the short close, this can be a full 16 weeks easy but he has it at 9 weeks strange layout for sure

Yesterday was back workout
3x pull-up till failure (20x,10x,6x)
3x wide grip lat pull down (full stretch and full pull)
first set heavy as possible till failure around 8-10 rep
second set -> first heavy as possible till failure around 6-8 rep,5 sec wait and drop %25 weight and 1 more set till failure
third set -> second set plus 1 more %25 drop weight and till failure
3x seated back row (same weight all sets till failure generally 13x rep,9x rep,7x rep)
3x standing cable lat pull down , heavy as possible around 6-10 rep till failure (second and third set can be added drop sets 1x)
3x single arm lat pull down , heavy as possible around 6-10 rep till failure

@LevButlerov i am gonna write down the program here after I training

here my breakfast
6x egg white 1 full
70 gram rice cream,20 gram oat meal, 10 gram coconut oil,30 gram iso whey protein,200 ml water, cooking 3 minutes
1x americano coffe
