Hey Evolutionary Crew,
I am kicking off this log as a way to get feedback, help keep myself accountable, and to track my progress/changes.
To preface, I am a 36 year old male - I have been training in some form most of my life. For the past decade, I have been coached/competed in CrossFit and recently have taken an interest in body building. My body is exhausted from years of kipping pull-ups, 1rm lifts, etc. and I look forward to getting a "good pump" when I go to the gym every day.
I don't know that I have interest in competing in bodybuilding... I am mostly just interested in seeing what type of physical transformation I can have running some good cycles, dialing in my nutrition/recovery, and changing up my training.
I am 5'8'', 193lbs, 10% BF (I have an in body machine and will be running a new one on Monday - will post more exact results then). BMR is 2060 kcal and with activity level multiplier, I am somewhere in the vicinity of TDEE = 3300-3400 cals/day. I have been much more dialed in with my nutrition recently - eating between 4250-4500 cals/day. My macro breakdown is 45% carbs, 35% protein, 20% fat (I was at 40/30/30 for a few months before adjusting to 45/35/20). I still seem to have a tough time gaining weight... but I might just be looking for progress too rapidly and need to trust that slow lean muscle/weight gain will happen as I continue to work the process.
I have been on TRT for about 6 years (Test E roughly 300/week... This was initially overseen by a dr. but I started doing it on my own via UGL 4-5 years ago). I have sprinkled a few "Blasts" in there - Tren E for 8-10 weeks, increased test dosage, etc.
I wish I had kept better track... but unfortunately, I did not.
So here we are today. I tried a few cycles recently from UGL and I am pretty sure it was just trash gear... very lackluster results and testing the substances with a RoidTest, they came back either inconclusive or extremely underused.
Therefore, I just ordered from Domestic-Supply (Test Sus, Primo, Tbol) and plan to run this cycle:
Weeks 1-16: Test 600mg/week (2x/week pins)
Weeks 1-16: Primo 600-800mg/week (EOD pins)
Weeks 1-5: TBol 50mg/day
I have a smattering of Test E, Tren E/A, Masteron P/E, Proviron, Armidex, and Caber on hand... and I can pick up other things depending on what you all suggest.
I want to do this, and do it right.
As for Training, I spend about 1 hr in the gym per day (my biggest weakness is that I HATE taking days off - so I try to incorporate 1-2 active recovery days per week). My split looks something like this (I can go into more detail about specific movements as needed)
Monday: Chest & Triceps (sets of 8-12, with some higher rep towards the end)
Tuesday: Back & Biceps (sets of 8-12, with some higher rep towards the end)
Wednesday: Shoulders (sets of 8-12, with some higher rep towards the end)
Thursday: Active Recovery
Friday: Legs (low rep squats/deads plus higher reps isolation movements)
Saturday: Arms (my weak area) - Superset Tricep and Bicep movements
Sunday: Active Recovery
I take a decent amount of protein supplements throughout the day... don't eat sweets/sugar. Eat a lot of eggs, chicken, red meat, rice, bread, vegetables, fruits, etc.
Intra workout I typically consume a shake with 30g of micronized whey protein and 40g of Dextrose.
Finally... Sleep. It's been getting better but I still find myself to be pretty lethargic most of the day. I average 6.5-7 hours per night.
Anything else you would like to know?
As you can tell: 1) I can't pose if my life depended on it and 2) I don't know how to blur out faces haha.
