Just had gear touchdown, starting cycle today. I’ve been burned by sources recently so not a huge order… but if D-S is good stuff I will be ordering more! (Also, considering running anavar rather than TBOL - or ending the cycle with some anavar)
That’s it for now - took the past two days easy for recovery. Now it’s time to hit it hard!

@SouthpawFit well cycle you have any gear picsAlright - update: cycle started. Running:
Tbol: 50mg ED (in two doses)
Sustanon: 250mg 2x/wk
Primo: 175mg (1ml dose) 4x/week (700mg total)
Haven’t noticed any PIP from the primo yet… which is slightly concerning but it’s Beligas so I’m just going to trust the process!
Did back and bis today - see attached workout.
Nutrition: 4000 cals both yesterday and today. 40/30/30 split. Considering boosting carbs and cutting fat, maintaining the same calories but want to establish a baseline first.
QUESTION: I haven’t run bloods yet (I know, shame on me!!!). WHERE DO YOU SUGGEST GOING?? I’m suffering information overload on what website to use, what tests to order, etc. I just want something that shows the important markers… What site to YOU use? What tests do you have done?

Ps open to any/all training feedback. Most/all of the reps are done with eccentric tempo. Most done in supersets. I’m new to body building so any help is appreciated!
Also, in regards to training legs once per week: I still own a CrossFit gym and do a few workouts there per week. I hit squats/dead’s hard for years leading up to this - so relative to my upper body, my legs are relatively developed (I’m sure they could be improved!)
I plan to squat heavy 2-3x/week (out of habit/enjoyment) but then have one dedicated leg day!

Just got my n2guard in today man! Popped 7 and off to the races hahamake sure you get on n2guard !
