Approved Log My Primobolan+ Testosterone + TBol Cycle Log

Just got my n2guard in today man! Popped 7 and off to the races haha
@SouthpawFit i would split 3 caps am and 4 caps preworkout

Update: shoulder day (don’t have log ready to post, sorry!) will post some meal pics too - but nutrition is getting dialed in. It’s my first “real” time focusing on nutrition, gear, and training so there will be some adjustment as I go!

Got n2guard in the mail. Started it. Loving the Tbol so far… mild sides but great pumps.

@dylangemelli - you seem to have a lot of exp with primo… have you ever not gotten pip from it? Or heard of people who haven’t had pip from legit primo? Pinning 175mg/ml

Here are my “before” pics (I don’t know how to pose so this is as good as it’ll get haha)

Will be scheduling bloods tonight! I’ve been super lethargic for months, and I want to see what could be going on
next time please get some training up for us :)

can you do a touchdown pic on N2guard? please post a pic

tbol is hot you going to post your tbol pics?

You taking the best Primo Money can buy. @domestic-supply.com only supplies the best gear on earth. you getting pip from the Primo?

So far I have really liked the gear! That’s the odd thing: I’m not getting any PIP from the primo. It’s 175mg/ML Beligas… pinning 1ml (sometimes with .5ml of sust). So far exclusively in glutes.

Have you always gotten pip from primo?

Update: Arm Day (I believe my arms are my “lagging body part”) so training them 2x/week. One time I am doing chest/tris, one time back/bis, then a dedicated arm day (supersets tri and bi)

Todays was:
Wide grip cable push down
Barbell curl
3 supersets of 12-15 reps

Close grip bench press (tricep focus)
Incline bench curls
3 supersets of 12-15

Rope overhead tricep extensions
Preacher curl machine
3 supersets of 12-15

Tricep kickbacks
Hammer curls
3x15-18

Food pictured below (chicken + chickpea curry with rice in a stuffed green pepper. 99 carbs, 35 fat, 48 protein)

Generally have 2eggs + 200g egg whites, two pieces of toast (breakfast)

Greek yogurt, fruit, vegetables, tuna sandwitches, and protein shakes through the day.

Eating 4300 cals/day 40/35/25 split

Upped Tbol to 75mg/day (3 doses spread out)

Current macros are 400c, 118f, 348p… I have a lot of “snacks”/shakes throughout the day. I generally have been eating more carbs than that too… and still stuggling to gain weight! Trying to break 200 and sitting at 194ish

@LevButlerov awesome man thank you… when you go into a bulk, what do you usually do for macros?

@stevesmi got my bloodwork scheduled! Doing the “bodybuilder” blood test since it has a more comprehensive set of numbers. Since it’s my first one, I believe it’s worth getting them all looked at

Question for the masses: I have a pretty decent working fitness knowledge… I’ve worked out since as early as I can remember and the past decade I’ve spent exclusively in the fitness industry as a coach.

However, my experience is more limited to CrossFit/powerlifting/boxing.

Do you guys have any bodybuilding training programs you suggest? I have a high tolerance for volume/intensity… but know that’s not always good.

I’ve seen a lot of recommendations but trust your insight more than that of others!

The FST7 that Rambod preaches may be beneficial

Alright I like it that you have powerlifting experience. I love powerlifting. It works well with bodybuilding. It gives us an advantage as we can lift twice as much as others when doing volume. Lift twice as much build twice as much muscle!!! You should get some deadlifts and heavy hammer rows in your routine. Those will build your back up huge as well as your entire body as its systemic.
