food looks good broUpdate: Arm Day (I believe my arms are my “lagging body part”) so training them 2x/week. One time I am doing chest/tris, one time back/bis, then a dedicated arm day (supersets tri and bi)
Todays was:
Wide grip cable push down
Barbell curl
3 supersets of 12-15 reps
Close grip bench press (tricep focus)
Incline bench curls
3 supersets of 12-15
Rope overhead tricep extensions
Preacher curl machine
3 supersets of 12-15
Tricep kickbacks
Hammer curls
3x15-18

Generally have 2eggs + 200g egg whites, two pieces of toast (breakfast)
Greek yogurt, fruit, vegetables, tuna sandwitches, and protein shakes through the day.
Eating 4300 cals/day 40/35/25 split
Upped Tbol to 75mg/day (3 doses spread out)
@SouthpawFit great training update and you doing low macros? lets see some picsTraining update: started 6-day PPL, just to mix up the training. First three days are strength based. Second three are hypertrophy. Rest day 7 and repeat.

I’ve been in a steep caloric surplus for over 16 weeks… so I adjusted macros back to maintenance levels today (3200cals/day. 40/35/25 split)

Getting blood done on Thursday. Look g forward to seeing what is going on “under the hood”. Should have done bloods earlier - but better late than never!
@SouthpawFit your prolactin is high thats not normal on primobolan and testGot bloods back! This is my first time getting blood work done… nothing crazy shocking (I guess?)- the two that concern me the most:
1- my SHBG is very low
2- my IGF1 rate is fairly low too… could this be why I am having a hard time putting on size even though I am eating 4500 cals/day and cycling gear?
3- anything else in the bloodwork that is concerning? (I took screenshots of numbers that were outside of normal ranges)
I’m also attaching a “double bicep” picture (is that the right name??) and some food pics!
Macros are dialed in at 45/35/20 - avg of 4500 cals per day.
Still haven’t put on body weight… but my strength numbers are going up slowly.
When I ran primo at 400mg my prolactin was well within range, something is off@SouthpawFit your prolactin is high thats not normal on primobolan and test
where did you get your primobolan? can you post pictures please

when last time you ran the tren. tren with no PCT will drill you bro. Why did this happen? How high was the Tren dose. I’m also taking Tbol… not sure if that would have any prolactin related effects or not
