Updates: training is still going well. Following a PPL split with one rest day per week. The first three days are heavy lower rep (6-10) the second three days are hypertrophy based and higher rep.
Diet; I’ve been more dialed in than I ever have before. Eating 4500cals per day (there might be some fluctuation but keeping my percentages in line; 40% carbs, 35 protein, 25 fat)
Can’t gain weight for the life of me. Since I’m around 190-195… I am considering cutting carbs down to lean out some (have a beach trip coming up with my wife) and then once I get to 7-8% BF to re attempt a bulk.
I’m taking plenty of gear so not sure why gaining weight is such a challenge
Sleep: sleep has improved with the addition of L-Threanate. Sleep 6-8 hours per day which is greatly improved.
No huge sides to speak of… sex life is still going strong.
I did stop taking TBol as the cycle ended. I liked it from a performance standpoint… didn’t notice much from a body comp standpoint.
Considering a Var/Winny combo (or just var) as the cycle closes… mostly because I’ve heard of the synergistic effect and am curious about it.
