Workout 5 days a week consistently all weights with 1x 5km run a week.

Workout split currently
-chest +tris
-back+bis
Shoulders +core
-legs
-arms

Diet is quite clean. Have been eating 3000 -4000 Cal's a day. Although I started an aggressive cut for this cycle of 2200 Cal's a day.

Looking to gain some muscle mass and loose some fat during this cycle.

If I've missed anything let me know as like I said I have not done one of these before.
I will add examples of workouts later

@natmak12 great log start and you look strong very nice muscle base

some questions you can help us answer and some info you can add

first, diet, please post your actual foods and meals and when you eat them, we need to boost your diet to help you grow
second, training, generally seems good but we need your exercises reps sets and weights that would help us
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

now you have supplements and sarms rad?
please post pictures of the supplements and the rad bottles in a post

also please start sharing
meal pictures
training pictures and vids if you can
 
you have a very good base to work with
Make sure you keep it going we'll be subbing
 
Bros where are you getting your products from can you post up pictures of the sarms
and post up pictures of what source you used
 
make sure you're posting your entire diet and training
check out the other logs and see what guys and girls are doing
 
this is going to be a great log
i would consider stacking in GW as well it will give you good fat loss benefits
 
i wouldn't do a shoulder/core split
work the core end of workouts like abs that way. shoulders already are hit on other days
