Shoulders +core
-legs

Diet is quite clean. Have been eating 3000 -4000 Cal's a day. Although I started an aggressive cut for this cycle of 2200 Cal's a day.
Looking to gain some muscle mass and loose some fat during this cycle.
If I've missed anything let me know as like I said I have not done one of these before.
