Tricep pushdowns.

Tricep cable push backs (each arm)

High cable overhead tricep extensions

Low cable flys (upper chest one side at a time)

@natmak12 cable flys and triceps can go to 5 sets but overall you doing well
 
overall a very solid workout
 
guys might give you shit about the amount of weight you're doing but I see nothing wrong with it
