I am consuming about 2500 calories a Day (300 over originally planned ) but seems to be needed.
I've lost little to no weight although visually may be loosing body fat.
Training feels good, although being a shift worker, some days are harder to push as hard as I can than others.
Going to try get the step up as only getting about 7000 a day
