My diet was clean and running in a deficit. Training was consistent, pushing more reps than weight.
In all honesty, I'd love to be able to say I felt something. I didn't.
I have lost body fat but I'd say more about diet and training technique.
I've had a friend take rad40 at 20mg a day and said he felt great. I didn't get this affect at all.
I have only tried anavar in the past a few times and very much so notice strength and endurance gains from it.
Anyway, I tried it, personally I can't recommend, could purely be the product I got from ugloz
