- Supplements: I’ve been taking calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin B complex, biotin, and fish oil capsules.
- Sleep Details: After starting Reta, I struggled with sleep. I would sleep for 5 hours, wake up, and then feel sleepy throughout the day. My sleep became fragmented, making my day job quite difficult.

- Diet Challenges: I avoided carbs, especially rice, bread, vegetables, lentils, and fruits. I ate eggs, baked sweet potatoes, normal potatoes, beef, and rarely chicken with olive oil. Toward the end of my cycle, I reintroduced complex carbs (wholegrain bread, brown rice, chickpeas, kidney beans). My stomach couldn’t tolerate them, leading to extreme bloating and gas for a whole month.
