My SARMs log

I'm 7 days into Ostrarine and 3 days into Cardarine. Sarms1. Ive started to notice a sense of peace or happiness, but that maybe from getting my diet right and actually hitting the gym weekly. I'm also started to shed a few pounds, but diet and gym... I will say this, I went to the gym today tired. Shitty weather. Shitty Monday at work, but absolutely killed it. I lifted heavier weights, and it was work, but it was easier if that makes sense.

I know I'm still a week from seeing anything from the ostarine, but something's going on.

I'll update this log with preserved exertion level, mood and weight. I'll do an AM weight in daily.

My goal is to run this until my test cycle arrives and then goto that. It should put me at a good starting point BF wise before starting the test. Using a electronic scale my last BF test was at 20%.

Weight this am is 238, thats 3lbs up from Sunday. Starting weight was 242. Diet has been 95% spot on, I did have a hand full of dark chocolate on Valentine day.

The sense of peace/happiness is most likely due to stable blood sugar levels from getting on a proper diet.

The hardest part about training is often getting to the gym. I often use the analogy of church. The morning of, you always feel like skipping but if you force yourself to go, you always are glad you went.

I'll be following along your log rob!

Great choice with Osta and GW - will keep an eye on your log. Good luck, and keep hitting it hard!

Yesterday was a rest day, after 3 gyms days in row, today is plyo...
Moods and attitude are good
236 for the weigh in, I haven't check BF% as I dont think my electronic scale is accurate. I'll probably check BF weekly.
My rats think that stuff tastes like ass.

Yep. The hardest part of working out is putting on your gym shoes. After the shoes are on, I'm going.

Shit the bed on my diet today. Today was plyo and I just couldn't do it. So I ran 9miles. Had very little food before hand and hit the wall after the run. Sucked down 3 protein shakes, chicken breast, green beans and 3 cliff bars. I'm sure my weight will be up in the am.

Nah, just put your head down and grind. I used to race bikes in my late 20s and early 30s, 300-450 mile weeks.

Missed the gym today
Worked my ass off at work
Felt ok.
