The back is looking really big and strong nice job

Bros. That's awesome. That you feel like training. Motivation, very important.

Very nice and fit physique, that's excellent. Keep yourself on point. Keep it going.

Sounds like you are on a roll. Keep it going.
Make sure you're warming up and make sure you're stretching to keep your body safe and healthy.

yeah s4 Definitely will mess with your vision.
When you change rooms for example you notice a yellow tint.

hopefully you stay motivated. I think this log really helps people stay that way.

Thanks for all the comments you guys! Definitely helps me keep the motivation up,I appreciate it!...I did some lower body and traps today! I did 2 circuits. I'll try and post a short video of a new exercise I tried. Saw something online about it,and was curious. It's basically a supported RDL... Definitely felt good. I did 4 sets of those for 12 reps with 20lb dumbbells, immediately followed by dumbbell RDL's with 50lb for 12 reps. The trap circuit was 15 reps on the smith machine with 145lbs,followed by 15reps on the cables with 200lbs,then 20 reps seated with 50lb dumbbells for 4 sets total... Got a huge pump from that!!

Also got a good amount of cardio in!
Did a bit of backwards walking on the treadmill as well. I've heard it can be helpful for knee health. It certainly feels good on the knees.

I'll try and do better about logging more foods, lol.
This my breakfast everyday. 1 cup of oatmeal 1/2 cup of greek yogurt,1/2cup whole milk, and 1/4 cup of fruit mix,3 hardboiled eggs, and a banana.
