Little update!
Got a good 3 hrs of sleep after my morning session.went for a walk in the park for cardio,about a 3 mile walk. Did some chores while listening to the latest Evo podcast
don't take advice from Reddit,lmao!. Diet has been the same as work days!. Starting next week I'll try to post more food pics/info.
About to do a bit of neck training, I do it 3x a week,mon/wed/sat..Great accessory work to do at home. I started implementing neck work about 10 years ago,after following a YouTuber "alpha destiny" who was big on neck training to enhance that yolked look!. I've always liked the look,myself.
