Little update!
Got a good 3 hrs of sleep after my morning session.went for a walk in the park for cardio,about a 3 mile walk. Did some chores while listening to the latest Evo podcast 💪 don't take advice from Reddit,lmao!. Diet has been the same as work days!. Starting next week I'll try to post more food pics/info.

About to do a bit of neck training, I do it 3x a week,mon/wed/sat..Great accessory work to do at home. I started implementing neck work about 10 years ago,after following a YouTuber "alpha destiny" who was big on neck training to enhance that yolked look!. I've always liked the look,myself.

very clean, you add some marinara to it? saw it on @Losiol log and remembered I add hot sauce a lot too (low sodium one)
Good eye,lol ..i like to add plain tomato sauce to my meals sometimes. I get the cans of hunts w/ no sugar. Even when I didn't have sugar cut out of my diet,I never cared for sweet tomato sauces.

this mornings training!!!
I'd like to note,I felt really good this morning. Energized and ready to go,feel like I could have spent a few hours in the gym...similar psychological effect that I felt with RAD-140,kind of amped up,so I think perhaps the LGD has "kicked in" so to speak. Definite endurance boost,and probably a slight strength increase. I'll see with next week's workout,how much I have progressed.


CHEST/BACK.


Warm up.

Dumbbell bench.

I did some very light cable flys in between sets,for extra pumps.

Got in a good amount of steps today!
Higher end of my average. Felt pretty good and energized all day,no crashes. I've cut back on stimulants recently,only drinking 1 - 2 cups of coffee a day. No pre workouts with a caffeine.
Tonight for dinner I'm having chicken,rice and Brussels. Planning on picking up a bit more red meat for next week's meals.

I've looked at a few other logs on here to get a reference. Gonna keep searching the logs,and see what others are doing💪.
Definitely brother, tons of great logs on here packed with information, i hage a few logs completed here and just started my new log yesterday.
