You won't go wrong also with cable curls and push down circuit.
Yeah,I think I'm going to add them in regularly. Can sometimes be an issue with space in the gym,but never impossible,haha.Haven't seen too many people posting they're doing Farmers carries.

Yeah, I get my heart rate up real good on most days. Generally only have an hour,so rest has to be short.You're building some good strength and conditioning with these style of training. I like how you finish it off with a hardcore lift.

Hope you're all having a good weekend. Weather it's hitting the gym,working,or relaxing.
Today I'm working for a few hours at my side job. It's every other week,cleaning and maintaining aquariums for a local company. It's one of my hobbies,so it was easy to find work in the field.
Not too labor intensive,but I carry around gallon jugs(40lb),so it's added carry work,lol.
After that I will probably come home for a nap. Go for a walk in the park for cardio,and then do my home training (forearms and neck).
Last night before bed I did a set of chin ups to failure (10 strict,chest to bar) and push ups to failure (20reps). Think I'll try to do this nightly,for some added stimulus.
Weighing in at 193 this morning.
Monday will be 2 weeks on LGD,and 6 weeks on mk-677. No suppression as of yet,that I can feel.
Doesn't mean it's not happening,though. I've been debating weather or not to start enclomiphine earlier in the cycle,or just wait until week 6 for PCT only. I've never utilized anything other than nolva. What do you guys think?

For PCT you need tamoxifen and hcgenerate, its the sarms pct. I dont think you need enclomiphene with your light cycle. But pct starts After cycle is done not now.

I'd like to note,I felt really good this morning. Energized and ready to go,feel like I could have spent a few hours in the gym...similar psychological effect that I felt with RAD-140,kind of amped up,so I think perhaps the LGD has "kicked in" so to speak. Definite endurance boost,and probably a slight strength increase. I'll see with next week's workout,how much I have progressed.
CHEST/BACK.
Warm up.
Dumbbell bench.
10lb x 20
20lb x 20
35lb x 12.
DUMBELL BENCH.
1. 40lb x 20.
2. 40lb x 20,and 5 partials.
3. 40lb x 20,and my partials.
4. 40lb x 20.
5. Fly dropset with 20lb to failure.
I did some very light cable flys in between sets,for extra pumps.
MACHINE CHEST PRESS.
60lbs.
4 x 20. (Very slow and controlled).
MACHINE ROW.
120lbs.
4 x 15. (Slow and controlled).
5th set, light drop set for about 30 reps
CABLE FACE PULLS.
50lbs.
4x 25.

I'm ready to get back to the grind..no training today,I like to have at least one true rest day a week. However,I did go for my usual 3 mile walk for cardio. Did some grocery shopping,and I've spent the last 2 hours doing meal prep for breakfast lunch,for this coming week.
Veg/rice/lentil mix/chicken breast/oatmeal cups.
I'll be upping my LGD to 10mg tomorrow (2 weeks mark),since I've been feeling good on 5mg.. I'll also be going up to 20mg with the nutrabol, split dose AM and PM.
