150lbs.

Did these with dumbbell RDL's as a superset with 50lbs x 12.
SMITH MACHINE SHRUGS.
155lbs.
1 x 15
2 x 15
3 x 15
4 x 15
Also did a superset with cable shrugs,200lbs x 20.
Meals so far today have been.
BREAKFAST
3 hard boiled eggs
Oatmeal cup (1 cup oats/1/2 cup yogurt/1/2 cup milk/1/4 cup fruit)
One banana.
Can of tuna for a snack.
LUNCH
1 cup rice/1 cup lentils/5 oz chicken breast,with 1 cup Brussels and green beans.
And before I head home I'll have Greek yogurt,cucumber and carrot sticks,and 2 rice cakes with a tablespoon of peanut butter.
