Yesterday's workout looks fantastic. I like how you finish it up with cable pullovers.

So today's workout was a bit modified!

CABLE MACHINE RDL's.
150lbs.
1 x 15
2 x 15
3 x 15
4 x 15
Did these with dumbbell RDL's as a superset with 50lbs x 12.

SMITH MACHINE SHRUGS.
155lbs.
1 x 15
2 x 15
3 x 15
4 x 15
Also did a superset with cable shrugs,200lbs x 20.

Meals so far today have been.

BREAKFAST
3 hard boiled eggs
Oatmeal cup (1 cup oats/1/2 cup yogurt/1/2 cup milk/1/4 cup fruit)
One banana.

Can of tuna for a snack.

LUNCH
1 cup rice/1 cup lentils/5 oz chicken breast,with 1 cup Brussels and green beans.

And before I head home I'll have Greek yogurt,cucumber and carrot sticks,and 2 rice cakes with a tablespoon of peanut butter.

arms look great thick and ripped and back WOW! you're doing well on this sarms stack.

did you drain the tuna and add water to get the extra sodium out?
add a scoop of protein to your yogurt please @Gosselin
