Been on it for 3 days (starting bodyfat is around 18ish) also im using clen from balkan pharma during this and 500mcg t4 ed
Day 1 weighed in at 93.1kg
Day 2 92.4
Day 3 (today) 92.0
All these weight ins are in the morning fasted

Gonna be updating this log but i think my love handles have decreased a little
One thing ive noticed is that ive been peeing like 3x more, does anyone know if anything im taking causes this usually?

Might add in cardarine for my endurance
92kg is a good weight and add the cardarine gw sure

My trainings the same, high intensitg lowish volume, i posted like 2 or 3 workouts its all similair to them

Yea my protein is definintely in check, and i changed my diet to a deficit ofcourse so i actually lose fat

Morning 1 banana
When i came back home
Turkey sandwich (2 pieces toast, 6 slices of turkey, some lettuce, salt, and mayonnaise)
Dinner i made some pasta with minced beef
Gonna head to the gym and maybe buy a chicken sandwich on my way back if not ill js have more pasta w beef at home
