Approved Log My Second cycle - 12 weeks Testosterone, Deca, Anavar Log

Morning i get with 10eggs 3 with whole. And 2 chicken sausages and with 2 slice of bread.
Started lowering my caffeine intake, afternoons are horrible because i am sleepy head + one shot espresso


2 pm 10 chicken legs, or 5 legs 5 thighs and carb : rice or mashed potato with 1 pound of veggies

3 pm protein bar
5 pm another probar 21 G protein
Then creatine plus half scoop of pre workout out 100g caffeine

6:30-7:00 gym
Right after my workout protien shake 50g

Yesterday i did shoulders because my lower back kind of giving up on me( maybe i do legs and hamstrings a lot) I don’t know. I might add deadlifts on my baby legs Sunday ( i will see how i feel after leg workout Thursday)
my lower overall my weekest muscle group and my calves either

9 o’clock
I go small amount carb , yesterday for example i ate small amount rice and steak .



(I am not a carb guy, but carbs makes me super sloppy And i feel heavy.) I already gained 15 pounds currently 215 lb , and i am finishing my 3rd week on gear, looked at my calendar my first pin was actually march 4th. I think deca kinda started hitting or something, i am much fuller and puffy)) but strength wise i am still the same. I have experienced EQ before deca. EQ mentally messed me up with anger and everything,but gave dry look i guess. But deca is way different feeling. No side effects or whatsoever. Do you guys think i have to play with dosages? ( i dont take anavar for now and i think i wont take it, because shedding my hair)
So far so good, i am putting up some weight, never been this heavy, usually my weight 200lb, for summer if i wanna have more visible abs 190lb.
Little bit scared gaining weight, because it will be pain in butt to loose the fat after all.

My shoulder work out

Dumbbell presses

Nice warm up

50 pounds- 20 reps ( all of reps all the way down to have nice stretch)
70 pounds - 14 reps
80 pounds 12 reps
80 pounds 10 reps
50 pounds finished the entire set till I give up


Lying side on incline seat lateral raise

insane pump)

1 set - 20 pounds all the way up let it go slowly i did 15reps
on 3rd set with 25 lb same movement

Cable Face pulls ( nice control on eccentrics)
5 sets

my shoulders were that pumped, i could not move my shoulders anymore after face pulls

Then i did 5 set of traps

Triceps

Skullcrusher
5 setts
60lb -20
80-20
90-15
100-10
100-10

Tricep press machine
5 sets
10-15 reps on each set
4 plates of 45lb

Then 10 minutes of abs
This was my Wednesday work out

skull crushers you need to do 30lbs for 50 in the end for the big pump

And my heart bpm is always around 95-120 range.
Is this normal for this cycle?

Every morning

1 aspirin 81
nac 600mg
C0q10 - 100 mg
And fish oil - 1000 mg

(I have tudca in hand either)

@Sam6364 thats right end it with 20-30lbs but 50 reps, dont jerk but pump reps fast enough, you'll see crazy ripped pump come up with that volume.

Guys one more question about keeping the test and deca in one syringe. I get everything ready on Monday and pin it half of it , then rest of it on Thursday. Test and deca stays in syringe almost 3 days. Is this okay?

Second question is about 5000iu hcg . These are not reusable ampules. You break the top of it , mix it up and pull it in syringe. So i use 500 iu a week. How long can i keep it in syringe?

Do you think i f***ked myself up on my leg day?
Do you think i have to take it easy on my leg day? My body just can’t take two leg days a week. 😞
I have a ton of cialis , would it be helpful lowering my blood pressure? Or I don’t have to get things complicated..

@Sam6364 you look AMAZING super pump and body is growing and leaner
you should take it easy for the leg day if you got a fever
better even take 2-3 days off

i suggest not tadalafil for BP but you need to get some organ liver support with increased water intake
 
10 eggs is solid that's good protein
 
try and cut back on things like sausage and add in more whole eggs
