Incline press machine

Cable flys slow eccentric
Lvl 10/15/21.25 reps 10/10/10
Low Cable flys slow eccentric
Lvl 7.5/7.5/10 reps 10/10/13

Biceps
E-Z curl bar standing bicep curls
Weight on each side of bar
5kg/10/15/17.5 reps 10/10/10/6 lower back didn’t like the standing curls
Decline DB hammer curls
15/17.5/22.5kg reps 10/10/10
Half holds bicep curls
10kg/12.5/15 reps 24/20/16

Cardio was 10 min assault bike then soccer training in the evening

Diet
Brekky - oats and banana
Morning snack - ProYo
Lunch - rice and chicken and vege
Arvo snack - protein shake
Dinner - Mexican beef, beans, corn, tomato rice

6th week in - am certainly getting stronger but still weigh the same at 94kg. 6 weeks to go. Was thinking of upping the test to 400/week as 300 has been fine. Anything else anyone would recommend? 40mg a day of Anavar since last Monday
@rizzlekdizzle training looks good but you're missing the big 15 -20 rep pumps IMO , youll get more long term gains from it

on the cycle, i think if you're on 300mgs of test why up it? stay there for now at least until week 8
40mgs anavar is there so test shouldnt go up imo

@rizzlekdizzle diet looks good but "proyo" is what?

dinner maybe add a protein shake to up the protein same in AM with breakfast

training nicely done
 
you also want to consume foods that are easy to digest

chili, beans, protein bar, fried foods. these are tough on the gut

wow haven't seen anyone eating corn lately
 
looking really good I like that beef vegetable mix
 
consider switching to brown rice it's more healthier
 
biceps look nice and Vascular good job
 
swap out the protein shake for some fruit and veggies
