Approved Log My Sports TRT and Anavar Cycle Log

After a week of only light workouts the back is good again so back to it albeit I think I will put the deadlifts away for a while.

Diet
Brekky - eggs on toast, coffee
Morning - pro yoghurt
Lunch - chicken, rice, edamame
Arvo - protein shake
Dinner - chicken, rice, Brussel sprouts and beans, egg

Presses machine
High rep warm up
Lvl 40/50/60/65 - max weight on machine. reps 10/10/10/10
DB Lat raises
10kg/12.5/15/15/15 all 10 reps
rear delts cable fly’s
Lvl 5kg/7.5reps 12/10/10
DB front raises
7.5kg/10/12.5 reps 10/10/12

LEGS - not heavy due to knee injury
Hamstring curl machine
Lvl 10/20/20 10 reps
Leg press machine
Lvl 45/65/85/85 all 10 reps

The usual half rep up/down and full rep bicep pumper at the end
@rizzlekdizzle on the breakfast we can switch up to oatmeal from toast? and need a bit more protein :)

volume looks good on shoulders

Felt the Var pumps more today than any so far

Decline DB hammer curls

Half hold DB curls
10kg/12.5/15 reps 20/16/12

Again - pumps ++ today!

DIET
Brekky- 3 eggs with some spinach

Lunch - chicken, rice,beans, vege
No time for afternoon protein shake today

Dinner - stir fry vegetables and a fillet of salmon

bro good to hear your back is feeling good again, iv had lower back problems in the past and its got to be one of the worst thing ever - sounds like a good decision to ease back on deadlifts for a while especially if you finding that it makes your back play up - can be hard to go easy as men we want to push hard but before you know it you'll be back to 100 percent just keep listening to your body and you can only move forward 💪
 
something that has helped me in the past with herniated disks is hanging from a high bar for 30 - 60 seconds at a time, or whatever your comfortable with - what this does is seperate the discs and over time it can help to create enough separation to ease the pressure and can help to stop nerves pinching - just keep going easy brother you will get there
