shoulders are good but careful with the high sets on shoulders cut that a bit bro :)
 
would like to see you add in green veggies they're very important also fruits are not your enemy
 
Hi guys, i like the high sets of lateral raises for some boulder shoulders - but I can cut that down a bit if you think its too much.
I do eat bananas and apples most days - though I dont put it in my log
 
Nice workout I like how you're mixing different exercises
 
I would do your leg days all together on the same day
 
I like how you're diet is kept very healthy and simple

apples and bananas are pretty good don't forget some of the other fruits as well like berries

any reason why you're mixing shoulders and legs on the same day
just doing it because I'm not doing a lot of volume on the legs due tot he recovering knee injury. Good thing is the other day the muscles felt sore and the one felt good!
 
Also a question guys
Its middle of Winter her and this coming week is the last week of my mild cycle. I am on TRT otherwise so was looking to go back to my usual 150mg/week (cycle is 300mg a week and 40mk of anavar over the last 6 weeks). How much time do you think I should take before starting the next cycle in preparation for the warmer weather? 4-8 weeks? Or being a relatively mild cycle a bit less? I was thinking of doing the same 300mg (or perhaps 400 as 300 felt fine) test a week and either EQ or Primo on top at also 300-400mg/week. Maybe Anavar again but would be happy just to try 2 injectables.

Imo high reps on lay raises really helps for the capped look

@rizzlekdizzle if you do self TRT you can stay on it, but taking 2-3 weeks off for light bridge you can do it bro :)
you're not doing PCT so thats not really an issue
you can lets say break cycle for 4 weeks with TRT only 150mgs/week no var just clean test for a month
and go back on it, follow?
