Brekkie - scrambled eggs and beans, coffee
Morning snack - too busy couldn’t get one in
Lunch - Mexican chilli with broccoli and cauliflower
Arvo snack - protein shake
Dinner - beef curry, pumpkin curry and roast vegetables and some rice. Curry’s made with lite coconut milk

the diet i would cut the rice and coconut milk during dinner time bro :) training is good

I know but a coconut milk curry is so dang tasty! :D it was a little treat

Thanks for all the support guys - this is my last week on the mild cycle before I take a little break on my TRT dose. I have very thankfully picked up a local Aussie sponsor in @Ferrari Pharmaceuticals for my next cycle and we have decided on a test + deca cycle - with some proviron in there too. Would like to build some mass so I'm sure this would help.

That's not how TRT works. A cycle is added - is that what you meant?
