Worked today so diet is
Brekky - oats
Lunch - chicken breast, veges, some rice
Arvo snack - protein shake
Dinner - steak bbq
Also - I have seen some people recommend Anavar for only 6 weeks(40mg day) , though I had originally planned for 8 weeks and yet 4 weeks of test c 300mg/week). Thoughts?
