some valid points on both sides of the issue @hypogaeum and @AE1079 I do agree with both of your thinking, but @Jason breville is experienced with masteron and a small dose can go a long way IMO
Agreed with higher rep ranges for shoulders for sure1. Fully agree with the wide-grip lat pulldowns
2. Lateral raises and upright rows. Higher rep range (12-15) seems to work well.
3. Rowing isn't for everyone, but it's an intense full body workout. Otherwise I like HIIT cycling.
Elliptical is great as it’s low impact and you burn cals, however keep in mind that when doing things that are slightly higher in effort, you will be burning carbs as well, which we want to preserve for our training.
I like walking on the treadmill keeps me lean, and got me in contest shape quick. As LISS only requires fat as an energy source use as fuel. Adding GH and Carnitine will further increase free fatty acids released and used by the mitochondria.
