OK let me make an attempt at this log. I'll cut and paste some of the information from a previous post.
I am 61. 5 feet 9 inches and 190 lbs. I've never been over 205 when I tried Deca a long time ago. Love the strength, hated the sides but I had not discovered Prami.
I have been training regularly since I was 29 years old. I have never competed nor do I want to. The Summer and vacations are my show. LOL
As far as training, I have a 4 day split. Two body parts per day and most days I do some ab work. My cardio is lacking and I need to boost it. I play somewhat competitive hockey once a week.
My first cycle was at 48 years old. It was around that time I have my testosterone tested and turned our borderline low. Being in Canada, it was difficult to find a Doctor that would look at it seriously. My urologist was not helpful. I final found a hormone specialist that mainly helped women in menopause.
The two of us worked through getting me on a TRT regiment that includes:
100-200 mg Test C (he says 100, I do 200)
Adex - 0.5 mg twice a week
HCG 500 twice a week
Progesterone - 4 mg day compound pump (not sure much gets in me)
Liver Supplement
Vitamin Supplementation
So basically the above becomes my cruise cycle and I often add in Ostarine.
Recently adding Tongkat Ali and surprisingly feel it.
My diet is not great and yet I can maintain a lean physique by supplementing meals with protein and keep a somewhat low calorie intake.
I've always had a good metabolism.
I am in Canada and getting regular bloodwork is not easy. What I do is once or twice a year my TRT Doctor does bloodwork to see where I am at.
To be honest at times I don't go long enough before the bloodwork and my Testosterone still shows high.
By the time I do blood after a blast be Estrogen and Progesterone are in good ranges. I am not able to find a Doctor that I can be open with and risk losing the ones I have if I tell them too much. Welcome to Canada.
I've been running the same cycles for about 6 years. It just seems to work for me and felt no need to experiment.
Summer - 14 weeks
T400 - 200mg EOD
Tren A - 100 mg EOD
Adex - 0.5 mg EOD
Prami - 0.25 mg ED (Seems to offset any Tren sides)
HCG - 500 twice a week
Progesterone - 4 mg day compound pump
Liver Supplement
Vitamin Supplementation
WINTER - 14 Weeks
Test E - 300 mg twice a week
EQ - 275 mg twice a week
D-Bol - 50 mg ED for 6 weeks
Adex - 0.5 mg 3 times a week
Prami - .025 mg ED (I find my sex drive much better with Prami)
HCG 500 twice a week
Progesterone - 4 mg day compound pump
Liver supplement
Vitamin Supplementation
So as I mentioned I do take breaks from the blasts above of about 12 weeks between
Presently off a blast for 12 weeks and my regiment is:
TRT - 200 Mg per week Test C
Tongkat Ali - 500 mg ED
Ostarine - 25 mg ED.
Adex - 0.5 twice a week
HCG 500 twice a week
Progesterone - 4 mg day compound pump
Liver Supplement
Vitamin Supplementation
My physique is close to the photo although I do bloat when my diet is off and too much salt.
Damn after writing it all I feel like a science experiment.
My training has taken a turn to lighter and higher reps as I have been nursing a shoulder issue for over a year.
My left side was a bicep tendon and healed up. The other side is something else. Likely rotator cuff. Seems to be healing now that I started taking Glucosimine and Creatine.
So as mentioned my goal is to keep a Summer tightness without the Tren as I have no patience with my fiancé when I am on it.
My buddy says maybe I need to change the fiance and not the Tren. LMAO. Also keep hearing that at my age, Tren is not the smartest choice. I always knew that but I love the stuff.
I am leaning towards a cycle like this:
T-400 - 600 mg week (I really like T-400)
MASTERON E - 400 mg week
Anavar - I think 60 mg a day for 6 weeks
Adex - 0.5 twice a week (I adjust as needed as I feel it in my hands when Estrogen is high)
HCG 500 twice a week
Progesterone - 4 mg day compound pump
Liver Supplement
Vitamin Supplementation
I was considering Primo but keep reading it can screw up my libido, and so much is fake.
So I am leaning towards Masteron
Questions I have are:
1) Is that a good Summer cycle? How would you tweak it?
2) Should I keep my libido on Masteron? Will it increase? That was what I loved about Tren.
3) Will the Anavar help or maybe a waste of money?
4) Would adding Cardarine help?
I had Covid two Christmases ago. The long Covid as all i wanted to do was sleep for 3 months. I never seem to get my energy level back before it. Yes I had two vaccines in me at the time. Let's not do the Covid debate. I know my body quite well. It changed something.
FYI - My only experience with Winstrol was it makes my joints ache.
I will likely keep my EQ cycle for Winter. Last time i did it I had bloating issues more than usual. Never figured it out fully.
So any advice and dosage advice would be great.
I have not dug too deep in the SARMS only cycle. Maybe next year.
