@KCinToronto instinctive training is fine and thats cool for you , so how about you post some training as you do it? at least a few pics

on the cycle issue, if you cant orgasm, try adding some proviron and dostinex to it, I'm guessing its the npp and progestins


I'd like to see you not use any orals IMO just stick to injectables for now so we can guage your situation better

In 30 years of working out I think i have taken a photo once. So I don't see the reasoning for me posting I am working out with photos. What's that old line, if you don't post you were at the gym on Facebook, then it never happened. LOL. I don't mean to be rude but there seems to be a huge demand for photos on here of food and now me working out? I'll send progress pics in a few weeks but can we please back off asking for photos.

I do agree that all signs point to NPP. I may just take it out of the mix for a couple weeks and confirm.

The only oral I am taking is Anavar 40-60mg a day. You think that should go?

Well she is the reason I am not on Tren. She read about it and knew why I was showing all the aggression side effects. Maybe she just gets on my nerves more every Spring. LOL.

When I met her 9 years ago was my first time trying Tren. I could not bust for like 2 months but could go all night. 9 years later, the last thing I want to do is go all night. ha ha.
 
You need to get off the progesterone. Too bad you are stopping the NPP. It really does make a difference with the shoulder. The masteron should combat any sides the NPP give you as far as sexual performance. The masteron will take 3-4 weeks before it starts doing its job. The NPP starts in 7-10 days so it will hinder sexual performance for a few weeks until the masteron kicks in. I also dont see any proviron in your stack. That would help as well.

Another thing I noticed. I always get a hardon soon after eating a bunch of carbs. I dont know if your dieting in a deficit or not, but if you are maybe you should at least eat carbs after you get home from the gym. My wife keeps on telling me all the carbs are going to my dick. LOL. Its weird though as that is what happens to me after every weight workout when I carb load.

@KCinToronto there is a demand since we want to see your progress and where you're at bro :) dont take it negative, we are an EVO family here to help and support you, nothing bad about sharing a bit. No judgement zone here.
AND yes please at least share a few meal pics.

Anavar if you're doing 1 oral I would stick to 50mgs anavar thats the standard dose split AM 20mgs preworkout 30mgs on training days, non training go all AM.

@RoidRage69 absolutely, he needs to be off progesterone, it makes no sense to be on it IMO.
 
I think we all know your opinion on Tren. LMAO.
For now, I don't want to be single. I do miss it though.

Thanks for the replies, I am keeping up with the arimidex as I tend to know when estrogen if high. Not only do I cry at sentimental commercials LOL, but my hands actually feel a bit numb.

I really do more of an instinctive training. For instance I know I am doing chest and biceps, and I know what exercises I want to do but i adjust based on what is available. I won't wait 15 minutes to watch some kid find the right song before every set just so I can get a bench.
In reality my training does not change often. I used to mix it up alot, but I find at my age, it's more about maintenance. I do have to face it, age catches up. As far as cardio, I am terrible. Way more in the Summer though. I do play hockey once a week witch isn't really cardio but keep my heart going, try to have sex a few times a week and way more outside work and walks etc. I've never done a lot of cardio. I know so much of my regiment is not standard bodybuilding 101, but I have always struggled with balance and simply never had 2 hours a day for the gym. Well maybe 30 years ago.

So talking about sex. I am having a bad side effect of not being able to orgasm when having sex. Or it is becoming very difficult to finish. Certainly helps with my cardio mind you. LOL.
If you were to guess, what compound would be causing that? Primo, Masteron or NPP. I've tried masteron before so I am thinking Primo or NPP. Just trying to narrow it down to adjust this cycle. Tren used to shut me down until I added Prami.

Any suggestions are always appreciated
