Hello everyone,

First time poster really, and logger I guess.

I am after some experienced lifters to guide me through this cut and usage of these products, as they're new to me.

In all honesty, majority of PED usage is new to me.

The only PEDs I have ever used are SARMs and a bit of Clenbuterol back in the day. Never have used an anabolic steroid in my life (or pinned for that matter as a result!).

Hence, I need a hand in both dosing and approaching this cut!

Background/context as to why I am using these two:

Firstly, some context on why I am using these - I don't really find any issue cutting/bulking naturally for the time being, however when I cut, obviously don't mind the extra help when strictly dieting and running a cardio routine. The reason I was drawn to these two specifically is the Semaglutide as we all know can really help with the dieting, hence a friend recommended it and I wanted to give it a try. The same friend recommended me Tesamorelin as a cutting agent, particularly for my chest and stomach area, as I weirdly genetically only really gain fat in these two areas and my face.

Usually when I cut, my face weight drops off dramatically fast yet my stomach/chest is really stubborn, even to the latter stages, hence I wanted to see if cutting with these (particularly the Tesamorelin), would achieve greater results in those two areas specifically.

Age/Weight:
- 28
- 88kg

Sleep
- Pretty average but rapidly improving
- I probably have anywhere between 6-8 hours most nights
- I now take Zinc, Magnesium, Melatonin and Passion Flower pre bed, with Vitamin D, Glycine and Choline & Inositol in the AM to aid sleep

Diet/Training/Supplements
- Diet will be restrictive, pretty low calorie for this cut/phase
- Next to no carbohydrates (my body reacts well to this, and has in the past), but not keto in nature, more just high protein, high fat, low/no carb
- Really the only carbohydrates I'll be eating are from vegetables
- Upon wakening: Vitamins (Voost), fish oil, oxyshred (fatburner - 2 scoops)
- Cardio: Gym machines (noted below) or a 4-5km slow paced walk in my neighbourhood
- Breakfast: This is post cardio, 4 whole eggs
- Late Morning: Gym
- Post workout: 2 scoops of Optimum Nutrition 100% whey
- Lunch: I will either opt for a tuna, spinach salad or go for chicken thigh salad (alternatively, mixing in avocado here)
- Dinner: Steak/Salmon with broccolini
- Training Routine: Will be rolling a 'bro' split as in cuts, I react best to this as well, namely Chest/Back/Shoulders/Arms/Legs, I pick and choose rest days off feel. I have been advised that taking the Tesamorelin in the AM is a must, with fasted cardio done afterwards. This works fine, as usually when cutting, I perform fasted cardio every single morning - this is roughly 45 mins, 25 min power walk on treadmill, 10-15 mins of stairclimber, followed by a bit of bike.

Questions/Directions/Help:

I would like any experienced personnel out there to pick up on anything they think I am doing wrong, whether it be my split, cardio, diet, approach. Let me know.

Semaglutide dosing/mixing:
- I have decided for the two weeks I will try .1ml once per week to see how it feels/goes
- If I feel fine, upping it to .25ml per week, then .5ml thereafter depending on how we're tracking
- First question is mixing - the vial is 10mg, for proper dosing, how much bacteriostat water do I mix in? Or will it depend on how much I want to drawer? If this is changing week to week, how do I manage this?

Tesamorelin dosing/mixing
- I need the best direction with the Tesamorelin. Most threads I am reading people say 1-2mg per day in the AM. The vial I have is 10mg (I have another one as well, so 20mg total, can get more), so I was wondering how to best mix this with water too, then dosing properly.
- I would prefer to do lower doses, so would anyone out there recommend .25mg or .50mg to begin each morning in the AM?

Further questions:
- Is there a good guide/video to watch on mixing the water in so I don't fuck that up?
- All good to inject via the stomach for both? Or should I use elsewhere?
- Is it worth me running other SARMs or anything else with this? Or should I just give these two a crack and see how I go?

can you tell me your diet NEVER changes? or this is just 1 day example?
training, can you share actual weights sets and reps you doing?
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

before we move into your cycle, can you tell us why you want to use semaglutide personally?

Just remember that you have a 10mg vial of semaglutide most of it will be thrown away as you wont use very much of it over a 2 month period. It does degrade over time in water since its a peptide. I would say 2 months max until you should throw it away.

I want to do the mixing today and then get started tomorrow.

Starting on .1ml of semaglutide as noted in the first 1-2 weeks then will bump to .25ml as you suggested and run:

.25ml once per week for the next 4 weeks
.5ml once per week for the next 4 weeks.
1mg weekly after that.

Recommendation from a friend who said it really helps with dieting on cutting as they used it. Simply taking his advice and wanting to try it out! I do sometimes get hungry/starved a bit from the restricted carbohydrate and calorie diet, hence I thought it would be awesome to take on this type of cut.

As for the Tesamorelin, no one has given advice here yet on how to mix or dose.

No other threads really give insight either, some people say .5 is okay, others say 1ml every day, others say 2ml every day! (Unsure how they afford this).

Okay - yeah that makes sense, particularly if I begin dosing with .1ml too.

@drlifter I would not go over 0.1ml for now dont go high

semaglutide can help you but you're not sharing the diet you have now in detail
it sounds more like you need to modify your current diet before going into anything else

i really dont think 99% of guys need semaglutide, they just need to control their diet and do more fasting

If anything, if you guys or anyone could just confirm this is right for the Semaglutide, that'd be good.

Yes that is correct. I would suggest putting 2ml in the vial as that would make it much easier and I would also suggest getting smaller syringe. I use .3ml ones myself. I cant imagine trying to measure that much in a syringe.

Hey mate, google UGL oz.is they have a variety of SARMS. I have been running them in my log and its been working great. I also had the plan of cutting with peptides but decided against it and went down the SARM's route, im also in Aus.

Yeah, I was willing to give the peptides a go, but I think pinning/injecting isn't my things, particularly if people here are warning me of risks with the Sema and no one has any idea on the Tesa.

Ostarine/Cardarine for me seems the go.

This is different for everyone but many people note similar effects on Ostarine. Will have noticeable effects in keeping your muscle as you drop calories and BF%.

Cardarine and SR9009 - Workout in a bottle, massive benefits for fat loss. Insane increases in cardiovascular endurance, makes cardio effortless to the point where you have to pull back alittle bit. Thanks for all the info bro - I am completely knowledgeable on these and as I have said, run them multiple times in the past.

Hence, know exactly how they work and what works well for me. Have used SR9009 in the past too.

Was just keen to hear what you took and if the SHOGUN brand was good per their website and that's what you used?
