I am after some experienced lifters to guide me through this cut and usage of these products, as they're new to me.
In all honesty, majority of PED usage is new to me.
The only PEDs I have ever used are SARMs and a bit of Clenbuterol back in the day. Never have used an anabolic steroid in my life (or pinned for that matter as a result!).
Hence, I need a hand in both dosing and approaching this cut!
Background/context as to why I am using these two:
Firstly, some context on why I am using these - I don't really find any issue cutting/bulking naturally for the time being, however when I cut, obviously don't mind the extra help when strictly dieting and running a cardio routine. The reason I was drawn to these two specifically is the Semaglutide as we all know can really help with the dieting, hence a friend recommended it and I wanted to give it a try. The same friend recommended me Tesamorelin as a cutting agent, particularly for my chest and stomach area, as I weirdly genetically only really gain fat in these two areas and my face.
Usually when I cut, my face weight drops off dramatically fast yet my stomach/chest is really stubborn, even to the latter stages, hence I wanted to see if cutting with these (particularly the Tesamorelin), would achieve greater results in those two areas specifically.
Age/Weight:
- 28
- 88kg
Sleep
- Pretty average but rapidly improving
- I probably have anywhere between 6-8 hours most nights
- I now take Zinc, Magnesium, Melatonin and Passion Flower pre bed, with Vitamin D, Glycine and Choline & Inositol in the AM to aid sleep
Diet/Training/Supplements
- Diet will be restrictive, pretty low calorie for this cut/phase
- Next to no carbohydrates (my body reacts well to this, and has in the past), but not keto in nature, more just high protein, high fat, low/no carb
- Really the only carbohydrates I'll be eating are from vegetables
- Upon wakening: Vitamins (Voost), fish oil, oxyshred (fatburner - 2 scoops)
- Cardio: Gym machines (noted below) or a 4-5km slow paced walk in my neighbourhood
- Breakfast: This is post cardio, 4 whole eggs
- Late Morning: Gym
- Post workout: 2 scoops of Optimum Nutrition 100% whey
- Lunch: I will either opt for a tuna, spinach salad or go for chicken thigh salad (alternatively, mixing in avocado here)
- Dinner: Steak/Salmon with broccolini
- Training Routine: Will be rolling a 'bro' split as in cuts, I react best to this as well, namely Chest/Back/Shoulders/Arms/Legs, I pick and choose rest days off feel. I have been advised that taking the Tesamorelin in the AM is a must, with fasted cardio done afterwards. This works fine, as usually when cutting, I perform fasted cardio every single morning - this is roughly 45 mins, 25 min power walk on treadmill, 10-15 mins of stairclimber, followed by a bit of bike.
Questions/Directions/Help:
I would like any experienced personnel out there to pick up on anything they think I am doing wrong, whether it be my split, cardio, diet, approach. Let me know.
Semaglutide dosing/mixing:
- I have decided for the two weeks I will try .1ml once per week to see how it feels/goes
- If I feel fine, upping it to .25ml per week, then .5ml thereafter depending on how we're tracking
- First question is mixing - the vial is 10mg, for proper dosing, how much bacteriostat water do I mix in? Or will it depend on how much I want to drawer? If this is changing week to week, how do I manage this?
Tesamorelin dosing/mixing
- I need the best direction with the Tesamorelin. Most threads I am reading people say 1-2mg per day in the AM. The vial I have is 10mg (I have another one as well, so 20mg total, can get more), so I was wondering how to best mix this with water too, then dosing properly.
- I would prefer to do lower doses, so would anyone out there recommend .25mg or .50mg to begin each morning in the AM?
Further questions:
- Is there a good guide/video to watch on mixing the water in so I don't fuck that up?
- All good to inject via the stomach for both? Or should I use elsewhere?
- Is it worth me running other SARMs or anything else with this? Or should I just give these two a crack and see how I go?
