My Test Cycle

Current weight 160lbs/Goal weight 185lb

Planned Cycle:
Test E only? Thinking of Deca as well

Diet:
Dairy/meats/veggies strictly. 3500 calories per day,
180-205 grams of protein daily, 230-280grams of carbs daily

Training:
5 days minimum a week. Hitting every part of my body, triceps and chest twice a week

Started a year ago now
21, my first and only cycle I did 12 weeks on dianabol and test e 500mg for test and by my 10th week I was taking 80mg dbol daily
@Prickett16 welcome to the evolutionary.org family, while many will tell you you're too young for steroids and i agree with them, before we say dont or do please help us understand you more as a person

while I see your goals are big and we can help you get there cycle or not but before we do
we need you to post a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary training diet sleep pics supps and more and we guide and prep your cycle from there instead of blind helping you

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I didn't even have to know that you haven't been training that long and you are super raw
you simply have to put in the hours in the gym to build quality muscle mass I would not rush and hop on steroids right now get your log going and do your diet and training I promise there's a lot that you can improve on
 
what type of cycle are you looking to use
made made you choose dbol and test prior?

one year of training = not even close to being ready to use steroids

21 = FAR too young for steroid use

i really hope you use your head, reconsider and understand that absolutely NOTHING good will come from this.. you are so far away from natural potential and nowhere near being close to fully developed... you are going to wreck your life for the future
 
Man you need to wait and get some more years under your belt
