My Test, Dbol, and Deca cycle.

Why aromasin over Adex ? Just curious
with the type of cycle you are running, there is a lot of estrogen conversion going on and adex is generally not sufficient enough on this type of cycle unless you are one of the very very rare ones that just does not aromatize at all but thats a one in a million type where it rarely happens... aromasin is a suicide inhibitor and will kill off the estrogen where arimidex merely suppresses it...
 
It’s actually a Tri ester test from pharmaqo. At 400mg/ml. I just wrote sustanon cuz they’re almost the same thing. Also, after researching different cycles and stacks and reading a lot of stuff. I read a couple of different posts about running Winnie at the end of the cycle to dry out. So I do have it, but if your advice, knowledge tells me otherwise I don’t have to use it.
Also I put 14 weeks because that’s a number I’ve read on a few threads. I could always go more or less.

I will post a more detailed log with my training, diet, and supplement later tonight when I get out of work!

Thankyou everyone for the responses. I appreciate any suggestions, advice, and, or criticism. I’ve done a lot of research, and this isn’t my first cycle but I am FAR from knowing everything there is to know.
@ptrrchrd you need to start your LOG journal we are waiting on this, before we go forward it would be proper to see the log
 
I’m new to this forum, any and all advice welcome. This isn’t my first cycle. I’ve run deca and test with equipoise at the end. Also I’ve don’t a cycle of tren, and test. These were both years ago when I didn’t know as much and I don’t feel I Maximized my results on either cycle. I’ve been on just the sustanon for about a month. I just started the deca and dbol today. I also have winstrol injectable for the end of the cycle. I’m gonna run about 14 weeks.

Looking forward to any help. Thanks a lot.

About 3000 calories daily.

Currently running 400 mgs a week sustanon, 400 a week deca and 30mg a day dbol injection, and .5 Arimidex twice a week.

now, your sustanon cycle with deca dbol not a bad idea but why winstro? that might be off topic on the cycle

really to use or support this cycle (before i even ask how you got 400mgs of sustanon from a 250mgs/ml mix), we need to know more about you, about your diet training cardio sleep and supplements and more about your cycle including gear info, put that up in a NEW thread with your LOG journal so we can guide you

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I started my log yesterday. It will include my sleep, diet for the day. What I trained that day with excerises and reps. I will update this once a week with some posts in between. Will that be sufficient? Let me also just tell you a little bit about myself.

I’m 33 years old 5,9” 195 pounds.
I’ve been taking 200 mgs of test every 3 days for a total of 400 mgs a week for the last month. Before that I’ve been on trt of 100mg a week for about 6 months.
I’ve been doing a 5 day split as follows for the last 6 weeks. M-chest T-back W-legs T- Arms Fri- shoulders. With sat Sunday as rest days. I throw abs in a couple days too. I just started a different job so I’m going to have to switch up my split to 4 days. Any suggestions on that? I’m familiar with it them in just wondering what you all think would be best. I will be going Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday. I can throw a day in in the weekend sometimes too.
So this is what I have for gear. (All pharmaqo except the dbol which is xt labs).

Tri ester test 400 mg/ ml at 200 mg every 3 days
Nandralone deconate 300 mg/ at 300 mg once a week
Dbol 50 mg/ ml at 25 mg daily
Arimidex .5 twice a week. (Will be ordering aromasin instead.

A typical day for me looks like this:

Wake up at 5 am drink coffee/ water and eat breakfast
Work From 6 - 430 ( I’m on My feet moving around all day) I get a break from 9-915 12-1230, and 2-215. I eat at every break.

I eat dinner at 5. I make it to the gym at about 7 I workout out for 45 minutes to an hour. I drink a protein shake right after, and eat another small meal when I get home. I go to sleep at about 10 pm.

Here is my log for yesterday. I will update every Sunday with posts in between. So I’ll have a complete log on Sunday. I need to get someone to take a few pictures for me. I will get those and post as soon as I can. Let me know if all of this is sufficient. Thanks a lot. I appreciate all the help.


11/20/23 MON. (Rest day)

Sleep: 6 hours

Breakfast: 4 eggs, one piece of toast with butter, 800 calorie, 50 gram protein shake.

9 am Greek yogurt.



2 tuna salad sandwiches on white bread for lunch, and trail mix.



Dinner American chop sue, and garlic bread
 
Here is today so far.
11/21 TUES.

Sleep 6 hours

530 amBreakfast shake 50 G protein 800 calories 3 hard boiled eggs



9 am parfait 12 G protein 300 calories



12 pm lunch 2 pieces Hawaiian pizza 50 G protein shake 300 calories

2 pm 2 bananas hummus and crackers.



315 200mg test/ 25mg dbol .5 adex

330 pm-430 GYM( I walk a mile each way to get there and home)
