So this is my second cycle which i have now finished as i have gyno surgery in a couple weeks (had mild since puberty). I started after spending a couple months travelling aus with minimal training and not ideal diet due to the nature of travelling. Once I finished i was keen to get my gains back and some so i upped my trt dose of 200mg a week to 500 for a couple weeks to get saturated before i added the dbol in. My diet consisted of serious mass a banana and oats in the morning. Chicken, mince beef, basmati rice, bagels and peanut butter. As my calories increased i used mainly fats and carbs to increase the calories and my protein intake was 350-400g daily (i know probably to much)

To cut a long story short im pretty underwhelmed with the cycle since dropping the dbol on week 6. Since dropping the dbol i have only maintained what I achieved on the dbol and have actually lost some strength and possibly some size even though i increased gear and calories. To be honest i did blow up on the dbol but felt pretty shitty and fatigued while on it but strength was through the roof. To be honest i did change jobs multiple times throughout and move to Brisbane so training and diet wasn’t 100% consistent but it was good enough.

Is it typical to not make much gains since dropping the dbol as it seems since dropping it i have just solidified my gains from it but iv definitely lost some size in the last couple of weeks.

Like i said iv got gyno surgery in a couple weeks so iv dropped to 250mg of test. Im terrified im going to lose everything while im on a lower dose and cant train properly for at least a few weeks. If i cant hold my size on 800mg im fucked at 250mg.

Granted i have gained around 30lbs but its stayed at 30lbs gain since week 11ish.

Also can anyone recommend a cruise regimen and some tips of maintaining post surgery?

Why were you increasing calories early on when you were putting on 5 lbs a week? At 200 ish pounds, those are massive calorie loads. How has your blood glucose looked throughout the cycle?

Also my fat gain has been fairly minimal maybe 5-10 lbs of overall weight gain is fat since dropping my calories back down to 4500 because i did start getting a little fatter so i rained it back in.

@Dan98 this is a good layout but we need to see actual details, 4000 calories of donuts and 4000 calories of chicken breast different. Please post your actual diet meals foods when you eat them and how much etc, and please post your full training exercises reps sets weights as you go for at least a few weeks. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

also, a face blurred pic would be welcome so we can see where you're at

My post surgery cutting cycle plan. currently on a cruise of 250mg of test e a week. Once im fully recovered and my bloods are all good after my recent bulking of 40mg dbol 700mg test and 500 deca.

Im sitting at 220lbs fasted weight at around 18% body fat (still have visible abs in good lighting) and im 6 foot.

Im thinking
600 test and 400 masteron a week for 8-10 weeks then add in 50mg a day of avavar when im lean enough to dry me out. I should be peaking around new year so my main question is what should my protocol be to maintain it throughout summer as i cant really run that cycle from November all the way through summer, or can i? Im even considering 100mg a week of tren ace at the hight of summer to look even better but im not sure.

Also what should i do post op to maintain my current muscle while i cant train for a while?

Diet

I meal prep the exact same meal for 3x a day. As a whole of 3 meals its consists of.

350g chicken Breast

400g of 18% fat beef mince

200g of basmati rice

70g of cheese

Hand full of Mushrooms

500g if bolognaise sauce

10g if olive oil

Bbq sauce



These ingredients are split into 3 meals spaced throughout the day.

Im not big on veg so supplement with greens powder.







8am

1 scoop or Serious mass

100g or oats

10g creatine

1 scoop of gold standard whey

500ml full fat milk



11.30 am

Meal prep meal





2.30pm



Meal prep meal



Pre gym meal at 5.30pm

2x bagels

50g of peanut butter

20g or honey





Post gym meal at 8pm

Meal prep



This comes to around 5000 calories and as i titrated up or decreased calories I simply added extra fats or carbs while keeping the protein the same.



Total macros on average are:

5100 calories

320g of protein

175g of fat

550g of carbs



Sometimes I would substitute the bagels with some woolies Chinese chicken wings as a treat.

Iv not had it yet. However im just getting the gland removal and lipo. Mainly to prevent gyno in the future and help sculpt my lower chest as the small bit of gyno i do have is low down and covers my pec insertion

@Dan98 you can get on self-TRT right now 200mgs testosterone enanthate or cypionate/week while you update diet and training so we can see your progress and where you want to go
 
the diet needs to get more omega 3 fats
