Im tracking everything but there has been no difference in strength so far. Actually iv gained a rep or two on some movements. Probably due to being more consistent with my creatine intake because previous iv been forgetting a lot. Still not as strong as i was on the dbol or a few weeks after. Strength went down at around week 9-10. I was doing 8-9 reps with 50kg db chest press but now i can only get 9-10 with 45kg and 3-4 with 50kg@Dan98 water retention drops a lot. are you planning to post diet training updates ?
