350g chicken Breast

375g of 18% fat beef mince

200g of basmati rice

Hand full of Mushrooms

500g if bolognaise sauce

Bbq sauce



These ingredients are split into 3 meals spaced throughout the day.

Im not big on veg so supplement with greens powder.







8am

50g or oats

10g creatine

2 scoop of gold standard whey





11.30 am

Meal prep meal





2.30pm



Meal prep meal



Pre gym meal at 5.30pm

1x bagels

15g of peanut butter

10g of honey





Post gym meal at 8pm

Okay cheers. I haven’t tracked my lifts on paper iv been doing it through memory but ill start tracking properly. Basically everything is the exact same. No loss in strength at all
 
green powder supplements do nothing man. you gotta get in your fruits and veggies
