I should probably note, i was doing a push workout yesterday and i had to cut it short due to intense joint pain. Unsure why as i had my pre workout shake with bcaa/eaa’s. Pre workout, and pink salt so my electrolytes should have been good. Maybe dehydrated in general or now the deca is coming out of my system the joint relief is also going however i have never had joint issues before. Im hoping it was just a one off
