Approved Log My test, Dbol, Deca, proviron bulking cycle

Ill also add in some more vegetables and some blueberries into my protein shake. Thanks for the advice
 
I should probably note, i was doing a push workout yesterday and i had to cut it short due to intense joint pain. Unsure why as i had my pre workout shake with bcaa/eaa’s. Pre workout, and pink salt so my electrolytes should have been good. Maybe dehydrated in general or now the deca is coming out of my system the joint relief is also going however i have never had joint issues before. Im hoping it was just a one off
 
Diet

I meal prep the exact same meal for 3x a day. As a whole of 3 meals its consists of.

350g chicken Breast

375g of 18% fat beef mince

200g of basmati rice

Hand full of Mushrooms

500g if bolognaise sauce

Bbq sauce



These ingredients are split into 3 meals spaced throughout the day.

Im not big on veg so supplement with greens powder.







8am

50g or oats

10g creatine

2 scoop of gold standard whey





11.30 am

Meal prep meal





2.30pm



Meal prep meal



Pre gym meal at 5.30pm

1x bagels

15g of peanut butter

10g of honey





Post gym meal at 8pm

So on iv finished week 2 on cruise. Strength has stayed constant however weight is going down consistently.

Maintenance (cruise)

  • Week 1: t-400/ 4000 cals

  • Week 2: T-250mg/ 3500cals

@Dan98 joint pain can happen, have you added fish oil?
