@kt22222 thank you for sharing this. Here is the problem with whats happening. We highly discourage guys under 21 from using steroids. It's not safe and not smart.

But it seems you're already on steroids, so I'm not sure what to do here?
If we suspend you for not being 21, you'll just keep using the steroids and make mistakes.
If we keep you here, we can guide you but we'll be 'kind of' supporting a 20 year old using steroids.

Can other moderators and vets chime in openly please? not sure what to do.

Zero hate but I cannot support nor guide a 20 year old with steroid use. Yes a lot of boys start even younger and it’s all personal decision making with your own health and lifestyle choices but I believe as a reputable forum we wouldn’t be making a wise move to give help or even offer up access to purchasing products. It’s a tough one that’s for sure.

No real detail on diet. Just the 2500-300 calories most guys think they eat. No macros. No cardio. These are things we can all help and guide. But steroid support my opinion is no. But that’s just me

@Eddie Haskell
This is tough. On one hand you don't want to leave someone hanging if they are asking for help. I don't see him asking any questions though. He is just laying out what he is doing maybe for a log? But on the other hand he is 20yo and should not be posting on here. I think we should keep to forum guidelines and not sent a precedent for future posters that are too young.

Completely understand if you guys feel the need to suspend me no hard feelings 👍🏼😁

Seeing as he has already started
It’s just a tough one because will this create a new standard for what follows ?

I understand that there are a lot of Rec users even younger but we all tend to be more reckless at the younger ages and don’t follow proper protocol with blood work. Supplements. Diet etc.

I absolutely agree with discouraging use amongst young people
Its a hard one bro I don't really know what to do
I'd just rather he ask us questions and we help him stay safe rather than him learning off radical people on YouTube that encourage wreckless usage

couldn’t agree more. I’ve been victim to this.

I guess we leave this to our moderators to make the decision

It’s definitely no hate to you brother.

There’s just a fine line between right and wrong given your younger age. See how the mods/staff feel about it and we can I’ll all go from there

This is my thought exactly. There are site guidelines set up for a reason. Nothing against @kt22222. We with him success.

Here is a cross post that I actually made yesterday to an individual that is one year younger than you..
It's slightly long, but I'm going to edit some of it so it applies to you.. I strongly advised that you read this from top to bottom.
Do not take this as sarcastic criticism, because I care about people, and I care about you.

Post----

@kt22222, Let's ditch the science jargon and keep it light, "mathematics, cake and broomsticks with a sprinkle of overthinking"..
Read on, you'll catch my drift, I hope.🤦

Dumbing this down a little bit and sending you into a different direction, simplifying and switching gears might be the best approach. Direction is like a punchline, delivery is key!

This may not be the response you want to hear @kt22222 and not meant to be a buzzkill, but your diet and metabolism are like the dynamic duo that determines how your muscles look. They're like the ultimate tag-team champions that can make or break your gains...🤼

Listen, metabolic rate and macros, timing is everything..Truly, It's like a mathematical equation that needs to be solved for optimal gains my guy, you will never learn the equation if you don't study, you need to study yourself, not the drugs and quick fixes. Studying comes through listening and learning to interpret all of the adjustments you make, and understanding all the curves through repeated experiences.

If you want those gains to show up, you need to be timing those macros right, and AGAIN don't forget to consider your metabolic rate. It's like baking a cake, except you're the cake and the oven is your body...

@kt22222 Testosterone,NPP and similar drugs are NOT quick fixes, they can't save the day. It's like relying on a self-driving broom to sweep your porch while you nap - stop kidding yourself with these drugs.

You gotta stick with the basics in order to learn. Quit lookin' for shortcuts and put in some real effort. Newsflash: even the most seasoned veterans use good ol' fashioned testosterone sometimes - however you are light years away from even considering this drug or even any of them.

@kt22222 - Get a grip..You need to crawl before you can walk, my friend. These quick fixes ain't gonna cut it. Just roll up your sleeves and put in the hard work, like the rest of us. Geez, it's not that complicated!

I'm just servin' up some straight talk with a side of sass, cause I truly give a hoot about people. I'll give you props for not being a one-hit wonder, you are very persistent and you keep coming back like a classic hit, always coming back on the charts!

Until next time, keep it simple and don't overthink it too much... Now, that'll be $50 for your session today, and no, you can't overthink that too!

@kt22222 stay in the kitchen, work on things there.

I am going to link a post I made recently as I believe you are making a mistake and the way you are thinking is not correct at this point in your life and your fitness journey.

I trained naturally for many years before I decided gear was the correct move, I built my base and tapped out my genetic potential.

you have alot to learn and can do so much naturally, I know you decided on jumping on, please view my photos read my post and really think about what you are doing.

its not the right time brother trust me on this, i want you to be successful, i also want u to be healthy happy and do this the right way.

One thing I live by in the way I teach is that I will never tell you what you want to hear but i will always tell you what you NEED to hear... Telling people what they want to hear does nothing but get them on a path to nowhere... It encourages bad decisions and ultimately disaster..

That motto has pissed many off but also gotten me respect in other regards.. I could care less about any of that because I know im doing the right thing...

Vision gave you great advise and all i can do is echo his sentiment.. theres ZERO help i can give in terms of usage here... if you paid me a million dollars i would not coach nor advise steroid use of any kind... just because you say you are going to do it or already started DOES NOT mean encourage or teach it.. the only right kind of advice in this situation is stop now, while you still can, before you cause short and long term permanent damage and ruin your overall quality of life... I dont have time to type the novel this deserves but understand we all reap what we sow.. just because you "want" to do something does not make it smart or rational by any stretch.. we all have to learn the hard way at certain points in our life but this would be one to avoid.. ive been coaching people well over 15 years.. i know everything there is to know when it comes to mistakes made and this is the #1 mistake that any and every steroid makes and regrets.. using steroids far too young ...

get a log going and learn how to diet and train. that is #1 and #2
