I’m not really sure how to start all of this, first time I’ve ever done anything like this. I’m wrapping up a cutting cycle here in the next few days. I was disgustingly over weight. I’m sure everyone in here has had some sort of life issue that dam near drags you into a dark spot where you want to end everything. (Dont worry I’m far passed any depression). Got myself back in the gym in February and started cutting. Been lifting on and off for 16 ish years.
When I started cutting I was 330 pounds 40% bf.
12 weeks later in 265 sitting roughly at 12% bf. Used some test E Anavar and DNP to cut down. I know how people look at DNP how dangerous it can be. I was very careful. Anyways let’s move along. Now that I’ve leaned right down, ( waiting for dnp water weight to come off before I post photos) it’s time to jump onto a bulk.

I’ve used this exact cycle about 8 years ago and had outstanding results. Few years I’ve gotten lazy so I’m ready to build the body of my dreams starting now.
I’ll upload some photos here in the next couple days I stop Dnp Saturday, and will slowly work my calories to maintenance. From there I’m looking to build into eating 5500-6000 cals a day. Clean lean building(odd little cheat meals every few weeks) if anyone has suggestions on macros I’d like to hit at least
400 gram protein
6-700 carb
Not sure where to put fat as I’d like a lower fat diet.
Anyways I’m not really good with any of this stuff. Any suggestions and adjustments I can make please let me know. Supplements for sleep with tren would be wonderful. Anyways thank you EVO family I look forward to you all joining me on this bulking journey.
