I’m not really sure how to start all of this, first time I’ve ever done anything like this. I’m wrapping up a cutting cycle here in the next few days. I was disgustingly over weight. I’m sure everyone in here has had some sort of life issue that dam near drags you into a dark spot where you want to end everything. (Dont worry I’m far passed any depression). Got myself back in the gym in February and started cutting. Been lifting on and off for 16 ish years.

When I started cutting I was 330 pounds 40% bf.
12 weeks later in 265 sitting roughly at 12% bf. Used some test E Anavar and DNP to cut down. I know how people look at DNP how dangerous it can be. I was very careful. Anyways let’s move along. Now that I’ve leaned right down, ( waiting for dnp water weight to come off before I post photos) it’s time to jump onto a bulk.

I’ll upload some photos here in the next couple days I stop Dnp Saturday, and will slowly work my calories to maintenance. From there I’m looking to build into eating 5500-6000 cals a day. Clean lean building(odd little cheat meals every few weeks) if anyone has suggestions on macros I’d like to hit at least
400 gram protein
6-700 carb
Not sure where to put fat as I’d like a lower fat diet.

I would stop the DNP now it can be deadly. You're 265 at 12% bodyfat, I think DNP not needed.
You're better off with retatrutide imo.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

Hey sorry I’ll get the photos uploaded in the morning. I’d much rather you all see what I look like in a fasted state.

Training is Monday-Friday
M- chest incline smith press
T- back
W- shoulders
T- full arms
F- full legs

Meals
Meal one shake
160 gram oats, 15 grams peanut butter powder, 2 scoops 56 grams of revolution protein.

Meal 2- 16 oz chicken breast( air fried) 160 grams jasmine rice typically mixed with some kind of sauce. I do cook my rice in chicken broth most of the time.

Meal 3- 16 oz ground beef, 160 gram jasmine rice. Again typically mixed with bbq or some kind of sauce.

Meal 4 - same as meal 3 post work out meal

Meal 5- same as meal 1/ some times I may change it up to ice cream or something that fancies my taste buds.

All in all I’m looking to hit 400+ protein, 6-700 grams of carbs roughly 100-120 grams of fat. Lower the fat the better.

@Mobster as for DNP bounce back. I’m gradually increasing calories to mitigate any increase of body fat. As you can see I just stopped Dnp yesterday and there is still some good water weight being held. I’ll upload new photos in about 5-7 days to show what everything looks like after the Dnp clears my system.

As I’m starting my bulk this week I’ll actually log the weights I use and post then after each training session so it’s fresh and exact for you guys. Monday officially the first lift of the bulk so I’ll start listing my lifts weights reps ect then.
