Approved Log My Test E, Tren E mast E, NPP summer bulk cycle Log

Here some photos. Couldn’t get my back going to need someone to help me take some shots before I upload those.

@Mobster as for DNP bounce back. I’m gradually increasing calories to mitigate any increase of body fat. As you can see I just stopped Dnp yesterday and there is still some good water weight being held. I’ll upload new photos in about 5-7 days to show what everything looks like after the Dnp clears my system.

Keep an eye on it. I saw that most users had metabolic issues post DNP use

@Bigswaz bros DNP nasty though. i used it before. lots of dudes say it messes you up be careful

First list of the bulk compete!!!!
Chest day!

Incline smith- 230 4 sets of 12( past I have benched 405) slowly working my muscles back to this weight.

Bent of cable flys- 100lbs each cable- 4 sets to minimum 10 but to failure.
Straight stand cables foe lower chest 80 pounds 4- 12/ failure

Incline machine press- 230- 3 sets to failure 4th set rest pause.

30 minutes cardio to end it all.


Was a great lift looking forward to the weights going up over the next few weeks and watching this body transform. If any of you have any tips or supplements I should be adding into this please let me know!

Ok so I’ve made some revisions on my protein and carb intake. Pure protein from chicken and beef and protein shakes will be 450 grams a day.

Carbs from rice and oatmeal 1005 grams a day.

I figured since I’m using NPP and Tren I may as well maximize the compounds to their fullest abilities. After all tren is a power house for maximizing nutrients and putting them where to go, limits storing fats and wirh the e combo of NPP and mast I don’t see any reason why this isn’t a good idea at all.

Did back Tuesday.
Will provide a full list of lifts and weights used end of week.
Shoulder Wednesday was insane the pump was crazy!!!!

Today I did arms and I thought my tris and bis were going to explode from the pump. After being so depeleted and flat for over 3 months it feels amazing to feel full again.

Protein 428( just from meat/ protein shake, not including from oatmeal.)
Carbs- 951
Fats- 108.


If you include the protein from oats protein would be 508.
Those are really big macros, how many days did you get 500 grams of protein? @Bigswaz
Right now in the EVO family @BeMe is the protein king but 500 grams of protein you will be protein emperor :D

@LevButlerov ya I'd need to start drinking a couple extra shakes a day to try to keep up. No way could I do it with food lol

Protein oatmeal? Can you explain that a bit? Is it some kinda of home made thing or a store bought product? I eat oatmeal every morning so I'd be interested. @Bigswaz
 
@BeMe i was more or less meaning if you added the protein in the macro break down from oat meal. Which I typically don’t do. Kinda like how rice has protein in it but you never add it to total.

@LevButlerov- I’ve been hitting this now for 6 full days lol. I know I said I would gradually increase but I just said F**ck it and went full throttle. The pumps are insane with all this protein and carbs. I now know the true meaning of feeling the “PUMP”
