@Bigswaz bro you must eat a lot of oatmeal. 100g of oatmeal only contains 12g of protein. I'd need a feedbag to get 100g of protein from my oats lol.@BeMe i was more or less meaning if you added the protein in the macro break down from oat meal. Which I typically don’t do. Kinda like how rice has protein in it but you never add it to total.
@LevButlerov- I’ve been hitting this now for 6 full days lol. I know I said I would gradually increase but I just said F**ck it and went full throttle. The pumps are insane with all this protein and carbs. I now know the true meaning of feeling the “PUMP”
I thought there was some kinda cool protein infused oatmeal out there. I'd be down for some of that every morning. I throw my oats into greek yogurt with blueberries and then toss on some whey.
