Hey everyone, here’s some updates photos of a full week on on the bulk. Finally got a back photo for you guys too!!!!

I’m looking to get 19-20” arms after this bulk. A new well packed chest and a solid wide back. Going to keep eating and pushing myself hard!

Cycle currently

Test E- 750 wk
Tren E- 600 wk
Mast E 600 wk
NPP 600 wk
HGH- 7 units day 3.5 am/ 3.5 before bed
Bpc157/TB500/MFG 500 a post workout.

Now I have a serious question and I want SERIOUS HONEST ANSWERS.

I’m thinking of adding insulin 10 units a day POST workout. Want peoples opinions on this and I spoke with my dr about it as well. I’d like some real personal opinions on this. I want to maximize this bulk to its fullest potential. I feel amazing and want to maximize the benefits to the best of my ability.

You have a big cycle and your food intake is NOT clear besides the few updates we've seen. If you are taking in big food daily, you can use insulin post workout in theory. But why 10 IUs? seems an arbitrary number you picked. With insulin, it's all about small doses. Start with 2 IUs post workout for 3-4 weeks and we can help you dial it up as you tell us your feedback from it.

Well with food guess I’ll write it out maybe for the 3rd time on this log

Meal 1- 60 grams protein shake, with 160 grams of oats= 108 grams of carbs and chocolate mix 56 grams of carbs
Meal 2 - 16 oz chicken breast= 120 grams protein
200 grams jasmine rice. = 180 grams carbs ( I blend my chicken with chocolate mix) another 56 grams carbs

Meal 3 same as meal 2

Meal 4 -60 gram protein shake with 320 grams oats = 216 grams carbs chocolate mix - 56 gram carbs.

Meal 516 ground beef 96 grams protein 200 gram jasmine rice 180 gram carbs

Meal 6- 60 gram protein shake with 320 grams oats = 216 grams carbs chocolate mix - 56 gram carbs.


I’d say I’m getting more than enough food in. Maybe I didn’t break it down like this but here is the full day of eating each and everyday. Been eating like this for a full 2 weeks tomorrow.

You are saying this food intake never changes? @Bigswaz Lets get some more break down of protein sources and such as you go, some meal pics too.

But you should read about my views on insulin for you.

@Bigswaz test, tren and mast is a good setup. and the NPP is nice icing. thats a big cycle man.

i've used insuin before myself. didn't get much out of it. BUT when you are using that much HGH its a smart add on if you want growth and help with blood sugar spikes

i used insulin before, it gonna help you grow if that what you want. but don't run a lot if you new
