You’re 53 years old. Why would you not do TRT? You trying to have children?
Seemed to many sides for me and my libido was not like it was natty so I’m going back well trying I didn’t even test my bloods b4 I did it so for alll I know ones fine why push myself on to trt if I was ok ?

Sounds like your dose was too high then. You’re probably better off at 75-100mg per week.

If my testosterone is in the gutter in 6 months time I’ll think about but i plan get mine back to were it was before and if it’s low I will do trt im sleeping and eating best I can and less stress no gf right now so that is less stress ! Lol

Yes man I’ve gotta try I mean maybe it’s too late been on 18months and at 53 my chances of getting it back maybe low but at least I can say I tried and didn’t push myself onto trt when I didn’t have to
 
Yes I’ve got some tribulus terrestris,fadogia agrestis tongkat Ali zma and some cialis also thinking changing my routine to 3 days upper lower full body here is the routine i was planning I’ve put it to Hevy it’s a app on my phone any rep ranges or exercise changes let me know ? Obvs the sets don’t contain the warm ups

Incline bench 3x7
Latpull down 3x10
Cable fly 3x12
Landmine row 3x10
Shoulder press 3x10
Barbell Bicep curl 3x10
Tricep push down 3x12

Lower
Leg extension 3x15
Squats 3x6 or legpress 3x12
Dumbell Romanian deadlift 3x12

Abductor machine 3x12

Going to play about with the reps maybe swop out squats or dead cos my knees ain’t the best getting better tho I’m currently doing the 10 /15 /20 rep range and like it a lot any ideas let me know has you know I’m 53 and going or trying go natty now we can try lol

Yes I do 4min hit on the air bike and 20mim incline walk on the treadmill after every workout started jogging not far just seeing if my knees are ok my back is all better and just one knee now so taking it slow seeing a physio next week I’ll post a pic of them on here and yes I am sticking to the 10-15-20 reps and getting results ! Did box squats yesterday pretty damm hard

this time of year try and get some swimming in it's great and less impact
Yes I try get 30 min swimming in few times a week thing is I work long hrs truck driving it’s the time reason I did stop trt was 1/did I need it I dunno I looked good b4 only got into gear cos my mum died and I was in a bad place 2/ my libido was rubbish on it 3/ my bp was over 153 /110 it’s now 120/76 and 3/my blood was thick
